Core Formation, in fact, is to unify and merge all one's power with the True Spirit, forging it into a seed of the Great Dao.
This leads to the situation where, in order to form a core, one must ensure the energies within are in a stable balance. The simplest method is to follow the way of the ruler and subject: no matter how many types of power exist within, one pampers a primary power while suppressing the others, refining a Golden Core with the principle of superior and subordinate. Once achieved, cultivators henceforth can only pursue advancement in the main path of that single power.
This type of core is called a "Mono-mystic Pill," also known as the Imperial Mystic Pill.
