Examples such as gaslighting, manipulation, and verbal abuse are mentioned in this story. This story also includes mentions of SH and SA. I wrote these pieces because they are a reflection of my life and the things I have endured. I want those who read this and may be in a similar situation to feel less alone; I know that's what I would have needed. I want to express how much of a difference it can make to see your situation through the eyes of someone else (like a character).
