I flew onto the deck of the great sun-ship. Isis' bloody head was in my clutches.
Strolling on the wood slowly while humming a lovely tune, I was observing my opponents' faces. Horus was in a mixed state of disbelief, anger, sadness, and craziness. On the other hand, Ra was still looking a bit sleepy, but there was also a hint of amusement in his fiery, red eyes when he saw my act.
When I reached them, I tossed the head in front of the cross-legged High Pharaoh of Egypt and winked at Horus, who was fuming even more. I wonder how he remains able to control his rage after the death of both of his parents at my hands. Maybe the boy is finally maturing. Or maybe he is afraid that if he were to attack me, Ra would ultimately help me over him.
Nonetheless, Horus wasn't much of a threat even if he was further accustomed to his Divine Eye. My eyes darted to the aged Ra, god of the Sun, the Sun itself, and the original Pharaoh and ruler of Egypt. I smirked and said, "How was your sleep, grandfather?"
"Peaceful," Ra replied calmly, stroking his long, silver, and braided goatee.
"I'm sorry Isis had to ruin that, but oh! She's the one who put you in it in the first place! Anyways, she paid dearly for it," I said, pointing at her bleeding, severed head.
"Indeed," he finally took his gaze off me and looked at the head, seemingly remembering that fateful day. "Indeed, she has."
"Ra," I said solemnly, "don't interfere with this. When all of this is over, I promise you that I will leave Egypt and never come back."
"Yes, you are a man of your word, Set, I do not doubt that. However, I am sure that you will leave once there is nothing more to burn. I believe I used the correct words?"
I frowned and sent him a deadly stare, "Yes, you have. Do not expect that you will be able to hinder me, Ra. Everything you do would be delaying the destruction of everything you and Osiris built."
"You have used the correct term as well. I know I cannot stop you, my dear grandson. But who said anything about stopping you? True, I only seek to delay you!"
"And then what? You are the most powerful god in Egypt. What will happen if you delay me for a little bit and then you die? I'm really curious," I smirked and crossed my arms, feigning interest.

Ra scoffed, "Fools? Fools?! You arrogant idiot, no one is a fool but you. Do you think you are so powerful in this universe? There are plenty who can crush you to death without even breaking a sweat. Furthermore, the future has already been decided! The fact that you are possessing this body already proves it!"
