That was also one of the reasons why the High Universes, Cosmoses, and Holy Lands were such frightening places. Their owners could forcibly raise people to the higher Tiers or increase their limitations.
However, nobody could match the three Holy Lands of the Void Association, the Holy City, and the Sage Dynasty and their Holy Lands, where they resisted. There, even the Tier 12 entities were common as clouds, and Primarchs were a common sight.
Even the Quasi-Paragons were sight in those places because the Holy Lands were rather special places that allowed one to imitate the Concept, making such a person stronger than a peak Primarch but still weaker than a geniue Paragon.
But for the Singularities, there was nothing that was impossible, and they could do as they wished.
Now that I have reached the Primarchy and become the Universe Master, I can control every single aspect of the Kadath Universe and command the Source Energy of the Universe as I wish.
With my ascension, a new Golden Age of the Kadath Universe would be ushered, and I could instantly start applying the changes. As long as the Universe had enough Source Energy, then I could practically do everything that I wished...
The first thing that I did was a tremendous increasement in quality in the Higher Dimensional World of Baator, to a degree where reaching Tier 8 would be just considered a starting point.
In the end, Baator was my homeplace, and it was the world where I was born, or rather, the Underworld was the place where I was born, and I would always prioritize the place, as it was my foundation.
It was also the place where I met Vena and Fia, holding a very special place in my heart.
At the same time, I also sent some Source Energy to upgrade the Divine Realm in the Douluo Principal World. The Divine Realm of the Douluo Principal World was the second strongest plane within the Kadath Universe.
It was the dwelling of my two other wives, Bibi Dong and Gu Yuena, so it was only respectable that I would give some of the Source Energy towards the place.
Aside from this, I released some of the Source Energy into the Universe, especially towards the lesser worlds, to accelerate their development because there may be some nice surprises waiting for us.
The Kadath Universe was still small, and there were not many worlds with life within it...
That one would require a lot of time and development for intelligent species to be born within the Kadath Universe and to develop where they could be of some use and not just be harvested for resources.
The Kadath Universe would need a lot of time before it could embark on the path of full-fledged conquest of different Universes. Though I had more than enough time to do so now that I had become the Primarch, there were very few things to fear...

Kadath Universe, Higher Dimensional World of Baator, 9th Layer of Nessus, Nurmengard
Across the entire Kadath Universe, all powerhouses felt the changes that happened to the Universe and also the fact that somebody reached the Primarch Level. Practically everyone who was at Tier 11 and even above felt my breakthrough.
When I teleported back tot he Nurmengard, I noticed that Hela immediately returned back to the Baator the moment she sensed that I started my Apotheosis.
"It seems that you have succeeded..."
Hela muttered as she laid her eyes on me.
"Yes... Gu Long succeeded in his mission and brought back the Innate Archdevil Bloodline Source, and I managed to perfect the Devil Species and initiate the Apotheosis procedure towards the Primarchy... now at the Primarchy, I merged with the Universe, becoming the Universe Master, with this, the Kadath Universe is safe from the possible intrusion and enemies."
Hela smiled brightly at this revelation because she knew that this would result in the greater carnage and era of wars that were to come. I knew what she was thinking about because she was still the same, no matter how many millennia had passed.
"Recall back Venelana and Grayfia; now that I have reached the Primarchy, I could raise their talent and help them to reach Tier 12."
If he had enough Source Energy, nothing was impossible for the Universe Master because, with Source Energy as the most primal type of energy across the Endless Void of Relaities, nothing was impossible.
Hela simply nodded her head, as she knew the wonders of the Universe Master and the Source Energy and what she could achieve with it. That was the reason why the position of the Universe Master was so coveted by even some of the Paragons.
Becoming Universe Master wasn't as simple as it seemed because one either needed to obtain the approval of the Universe Will or to cultivate the Universe from scratch, but those things were far easier said than done.
Not to mention, many of the most powerful Paragosn were Universe Masters themselves because that meant that they had access to the Source Energy in an almost endless manner if handled correctly.
"When shall you fuse the Xenomorph Dimension into the Kadath?"
Hela asked me, as this was also needed to be done.
Aside from the most obvious benefits of having direct access and control over the Xenomorph Dimension, as it would be part of the Kadath Universe.
And the secondary effect would be the direct growth of the Kadath Universe, as the Kadath Universe would get much stronger if the Xenomorph Dimension got incorporated into the Kadath Universe...
The previous Primal Chaos Dimension Universe wasn't the biggest or strongest, but at the same time, it was also properly developed and had some unique particularities that would be greatly nutritious for the Kadath Universe.
