With the loss of its eye, the Ruby, the Mermale screeched with a fury that shook the sea.

Water flowed back and forth as the Mermale unleashed a flurry of stabs towards Travis. With aching bones and trembling wrists Travis was just barely able to deflect this many thrusts. However the final clash broke his stance and leaving him open for an attack.
With a vortex of water Travis was dragged into the next stab, and the Trident pierced through his chest. Thick Heresy ran rampant across his body, making him convulse and paralyzing his actions. With Travis still impaled the Mermale lifted him up and flung him aside.
