"…Siblings?" Gai-sensei blinked slowly, "That is the first I've ever heard of this."

Yeah. Tenten was lost. Weren't they made of chakra or something? How did things formed from chakra become siblings? And even at that, they would look nothing alike. There were art pieces of the Kyuubi. And it was a massive fox at the end of the day.

She just saw the tails of Daiki's Tailed Beast, the Sanbi when he showed them off to the village. Titanic, terrifying monstrous armoured shelled things that looked nothing like furry fox tails.

And were all the bijuu like that? If just their tails were that huge…what were they like in person? Just a single one of those tails she saw, had to have weighed hundreds of thousands of tons, if not millions.

A single swing with one of them could have torn up half the village just from the sheer weight of their existence.

It really put into perspective how people always claimed the Kyuubi could crumble mountains and cause tsunami's and hurricanes with a single swipe of one of its tails. She always used to think it was embellished.

Not so much anymore.

"Mmhmm, hard to believe isn't it?" Daiki smiled, "but they are. And they were minding their own business, until our village got involved. So I'm killing two useless stone ninja with one jutsu. I'll bring the Tailed Beasts to Konoha and keep them from being sealed unwillingly again, and I'll be weakening our enemies."

"Far be it from me to criticize your plans Daiki-kun, but, what you said to the village as a whole earlier…." Gai-sensei trailed off and looked away, off into the distance in the direction of the Hokage mountain, staring at it forlornly, "It is more than enough for the other villages to declare war on us."

"I know," Daiki's smile, turned into an almost cruel smirk, "They've been wanting war for a long time, to take what is ours. I'm just giving them what they want. Besides, it'll be a lot different than you imagine. I would never risk a single resident of Konoha willingly unless it was needed. And we're in a lot stronger of a position than you realise. After all, we're now deeply allied with the Mist Village, who will definitely not break ties with us. I made sure of it. And the Sand? There is no Sand anymore, they're just part of the Leaf Village now."

War huh? She wasn't even sure what to think of that. But, "Wait, since when are we allied with Mist?" Tenten asked.

And the the hell did he mean about the Sand being part of the Leaf now? When did they conquer and absorb the Sand Village? Just what the hell had he been up to since yesterday!?

"Since about two weeks ago when I personally got sent to their village to negotiate it," Daiki grimaced, turning to her and giving her a sheepish smile, rubbing the back of his head, "And yeah, I kind of need to talk to you about that. Because well…"

Her brows furrowed, "Why me?" she asked confused.

"To cement the alliance, she well, went for marriage. And well, I'm kind of engaged to her now?" Daiki revealed.

…What?

"And well, as part of annexing Suna and absorbing them into us, and claiming their land for ourselves. I might end up having to get engaged to that Temari chick as well?" he offered with a completely out of character, nervous chuckle, "She's the closest thing they have to a princess. And well, it would ease their citizens more."

The word engaged stung at her ears.

Her heart seized in her chest suddenly. A horrible ache. Had she been dumped already? They hadn't even gotten to actually official territory, and she'd already been replaced?

"Oh…" was all she could say in reply to that. What else could she say? Shout, and be angry? She kind of wanted to. But, she also didn't want to make a scene in front of her team. But also, she kind of didn't want to. Because, she was a kunoichi. And proud strong kunoichi's like her, didn't just cry and rage over romance so pathetically. And as kunoichi she understood, the village came first.

As the Hokage, Daiki needed to think of it first and-

"So yeah, I wasn't sure how to bring it up with you," he continued on, "Wasn't sure how you'd take it, or if you'd even want to still continue with the whole, going out together thing."

Wait…what?

Her head rose, "You're not breaking up with me?" Tenten blinked.

"What, no, obviously not!" she for once in her life, got to see a flustered Daiki sputter in surprise, "I'd have had to do something like this at some point just because of my bloodline, but I wasn't sure how to approach this at all with you. Those two I'm engaged to out of duty, not out of anything romantic or feeling wise like you."

__________

The air warped and swirled, and Daiki stepped through the ripple in the air, straight into the dimension he'd inherited from that bald clown Shin. Or was it even inheritance? Considering while the dimension looked the same, it was a completely new one unique to him alone.

'What just happened?' he thought blankly. Just standing there for a moment as he allowed the rift in space and time to fold back and close once more behind him.

That…that did not at all go how he expected it. Where was the shouting? The rage? The accusation of him being a philandering piece of shit?

Why was there acceptance? Why….

'Why was Tenten completely fine when you told her you, the Hokage himself, one of the strongest people in existence now. Told her you were engaged to what amounts to a queen and a princess out of duty, but chose her in affection?' Isobu asked, sounding awfully amused, 'Sometimes, for all the benefits that has come from your life in that other world, I feel like they have clouded your common sense. While it's not common in this day and age from what I've observed, it is still not unheard of for men in your position, both as a leader, and as one with a bloodline to pass down, to have multiple spouses.'

Still! Shouldn't there have been at least some trepidation?

'Do not overlook the things you've done for your friends Daiki, Tenten included perhaps most of all. You have given her near priceless, absurdly powerful abilities and weapons to call upon. And for all intents and purposes, told her she was better to you, than the Mizukage herself and the daughter of the Kazekage.' Isobu counselled him.

That made some sense. But…

"What about Sakura then?" Daiki asked. She sure had took him to task for his flirtation with multiple girls.

'Do remember she was more focused on the fact that you wished to bed her, rather than date her. And beyond that, Sakura hadn't taken her duties as a kunoichi truly seriously until recently,' Isobu pointed out, 'And then when you gave her serious consideration. Notice, even knowing how your inability to stop your tongue from wagging at attractive human females, she has begun to pursue you as well. Just as the Hyuuga girl, Hinata has. They both know what you are like, and yet pursue you anyway.'

Actually, now that he brought it up, that did kind of make sense he supposed and-

Wait.

Wait a minute, hold the phone?

"Excuse me?" Daiki blinked, "What the hell do you mean Sakura and Hinata are pursuing me?"

Isobu sighed.

'You…are an absolute moron sometimes Daiki, you do know that right?' the tailed beast gave another sigh, this was one sufferingly so, 'Just, let's do what we came for. You can think on girls later. You don't want to waste time and let all precious gifts Orochimaru prepared for you time to escape, right?'

No no no! They couldn't just sweep this under the rug. That was a hell of a bomb to drop on him. And even then, how would he know?

Sure, they'd been way more receptive to his flirting, and actively participating. But, feelings didn't just switch like that?

…Did they?

But he was also right, that the longer he waited, the less of his…Christmas. No, rather, Hokage Day presents would remain.

'Yes, that fits. Today is Hokage day from now on.' he decided. He'd make a note to make it a village holiday. To celebrate him.

He also made a mental note to remember to establish that Dab on Kakashi day he'd been thinking about for so long. Possibly for the day after Hokage Day. Like the Boxing Day to Hokage Day's Christmas.

Yes, that worked.

'Presents first, girls later.' Daiki soldiered on. He made his way a bit deeper into the dimension, and before long he found a group of his clones, casually training.

While a line of faintly breathing sand and sound ninja were grouped together on the ground, not far away.

"Finally!" one of his clones groused from where he stood, concentrating. Both index fingers were in the air, tiny Rasengan's swirling over each finger tip, sweat of concentration trailing down his face, "This place sucks donkey cock. None of our training stuff is in here. You should have just stored them in our Isobu dimension instead."

"Yeah, yeah." Daiki waved him off. Usually he'd love to banter with himself. And in fact had planned on doing so.

He was a little waylaid mentally for now though.

His clone gave him an odd look, before rolling his eyes and turning back to his training. Though not without muttering, "Lazy shit, look at you not grinding. And you look stupid too."

Fair enough.

he made his way over to the group of captured ninja. Noting they were all still asleep. Sealing kanji spider webbing over their faces. He'd sealed their consciousnesses after all, putting them in stasis.

'One, two, three, four, five…' he counted out a few of them, before nodding. He walked over to the ones he picked out. And one by one, bent down, and inscribed seals upon them with his chakra.

Before returning to his previous position and clapping his hands together, and then running through some hand seals, "Summoning: Edo Tensei!"

The ground beneath them rippled, and stone coffins rose up, enveloping all five of his chosen targets.

Then with an ominous creak, they closed.

And ten seconds later, another ominous set of creaks, they swung open once more. And the grey cracked skinned forms of Guren, Kimimaro, Shin, Kabuto and Orochimaru stared back at him.

Or they would if their eyes were not shut.

Three S-rank Ninja, and two A-rank ninja. Weakened, yet revived and added to his personal army of re-animated minions.

First things first though.

He wasn't even going to let Orochimaru or Kabuto for that matter, even have a conscious thought not controlled by him. And that was considering the fact Orochimaru had been brainwashed into obedience and loyalty to him as little more than a puppet, before he killed him.

He was doubling up on control of him.

He held his hand out, summoning give kunai with tags wrapped around their handles. Then made his way over to the undead ninja and one by one, placed the control kunai in the back of their skulls.

Once that was done, he made a ram seal. And as one, all of their eyes opened. Iris' dulled, sclera pitch black.

He took them all in for a moment, before turning his attention to the pale skinned baldy, "Shin, teleport me to Orochimaru's north hideout." Daiki ordered.

Shin did not blink, or respond in anyway. The only thing that moved were his eyes. Sharingan swirling into Mangekyou Sharingan, and he felt the familiar sensation of the Space Time barrier wrap around him.

Before the air rippled and changed around him, and he found himself standing outside a massive stone fortress.

Orochimaru's Northern Hideout.

'And the place where he kept all his prisoners with the Cursed Seal.' Daiki smirked excitedly.

Not to mention the even bigger prize jailed within.

Jugo.
