“We’re here.” Haruto's voice was cheerful.
Aito barely had time to react before fingers brushed against the back of his head, loosening the knot. The blindfold slipped away, and light flooded his vision.
He blinked. Once. Twice. The world came back slowly, shapes sharpening and colours settling into place. The first thing he noticed was the sky which had turned a deep reddish-orange. The sun hung low, bleeding into the clouds as evening settled in.
Aito's brows drew together slightly. Fuck. They had been driving for that long? Haruto's place was farther than he expected. He began to regret following Haruto. He could have suggested a hotel or something. Now he was scared. He was alone with Haruto and Minho. What if they kept him captive in the house and never allowed him to go out again?
Aito shook his head, forcing himself to stay calm.
“Where are we?” he asked, turning his head slightly, gaze drifting toward the window.
