Chapter 3836 - A Forgotten Truth

Quietspring couldn't believe her ears. She looked toward Liz, already having accepted her as a talented Diviner. Even if she had done nothing, the Fatekeepers would have accepted her on nothing more than the Divination God's recommendation. Being his disciple made her acceptance practically guaranteed.

However, she couldn't understand his reasoning at all.

Were the Fatekeepers not an eyesore to him?

"But... why?" Quietspring asked out loud. "Why help us Fatekeepers at all, my god? What reason do you have for aiding us?"

The Divination God remained silent for a few seconds before speaking.

"Has it been so long that your sisters have already forgotten?" he asked. "Though I suppose it makes sense. It was meant to be a secret, after all."

Quietspring's eyes narrowed. "I don't understand. What have we forgotten?"

"That I was the one who established your organization in the first place," the Divination God said. "Why would I want to tear down that which I helped build?"
