(Third POV – Boys' Group)
The second the boutique door swung shut behind the four girls, Vince whirled toward the boys like he'd just been unleashed.
"FELLAS. GENTLEMEN. KINGS. MY BROTHERS IN ARMS—"
Jeff shoved him from behind.
"Move."
Vince stumbled forward, still gesturing wildly.
"WE BEGIN OUR SACRED JOURNEY—"
Anthony massaged his temples.
"We're shopping for costumes, Vince. Not crossing Mordor."
"Same thing!"
Andy chuckled.
"He's not wrong."
Steven, walking slightly behind the others with his hands in his coat pockets, remained completely silent.
But his eyes?
They weren't silent.
He kept glancing back at the boutique door.
Andy noticed.
Anthony noticed.
Neither said a word.

They reached the men's costume store.
It was huge—like an upscale cosplay palace.
The walls displayed:
pirate captains
Victorian princes
sleek demons
cloaked assassins
masked nobles
vampires
superheroes
knights
