Chapter 60 - Chapter 60:The mystical rabbit

After that, they moved towards the third trap. At that time, Ken read from the book and told everyone that the third trap was about water. The book said only this: "If you understand the illusion of water, then water itself will be the solution."

When they reached the third trap, they saw a huge river flowing across. In the middle of the river was a large rock with a hole in it. As they tried to step into the water, Harold stopped them. "Why are you stopping us?" they asked. Harold replied, "Wait a moment. Look carefully at the water."

When they looked closely, they saw many crocodiles. To reach the rock, they would have to cross them, which was not an easy task. They wondered what solution there could be, but they could not find one. Ken suggested reading the book again. It said: "Water itself is the solution. Only by plunging into the river will the answer be found."

Lorentz then took a spear and jumped into the river, fighting the crocodiles. At the bottom, he discovered a temple. Inside the temple, he found a round stone. As he tried to bring it up, a crocodile attacked with its mouth wide open. Lorentz struck it, climbed onto the rock in the middle of the river, and amazed Harold and Rudrasenan with his bravery.

He placed the stone into the hole in the rock. Suddenly, two slabs joined together like a bridge, connecting the banks. They crossed safely and overcame the third trap.

After that, they moved towards the fourth trap. Ken expressed a doubt to Rudrasenan, who encouraged him to ask freely. Rudrasenan explained: "Parantakan is doing all this for the Amaravati Sasana Book. That book is kept in the forest of the Kaalargal. Beyond the path we traveled lies a small palace where the rulers of the Kaalargal are buried. Eight pure souls guard the Sasana Book there. Parantakan knows it is hard to reach, so he plans to release the cruel demons at the gate to fight the souls. By defeating them, he hopes to seize the book easily."

After this, they hurried towards the fourth trap. Harold asked Ken to check the book for details. Ken agreed but said it was already night, the horses were tired, and they should camp until sunrise. Lorentz and Ken set up tents, while others lit a fire and sat talking. Ken lit a lamp and began reading the book.

It revealed that the fourth trap was not just one danger but contained five traps within it. Out of twelve total dangers, they had crossed three, but the fourth alone held four more. The book mentioned fire, wind, and that snakes would appear only at certain times of day. Beyond that, nothing was clearly explained.

The next morning, they resumed their journey. As they went further, a huge elephant suddenly blocked their path. They drove it away with fire. Then, a glowing rabbit appeared, following them. They tried to catch it, but it vanished mysteriously. Everyone was puzzled: "What is this magic? Why does this mystical rabbit come towards us and then suddenly disappear?"
