Feeling the amount of chakra that the creature from the sea was releasing, the surrounding ninja looked at it with concern.
As much as beasts in the wild could have chakra, with some even reaching the level of a Chunin, the strength of these creatures was very weak, and the chakra only served to increase their size.
The only beasts that knew how to use jutsu or use chakra in a truly efficient way were the summoned beasts, but this type of beast didn't wander the world for no reason. These beasts were intelligent and demanding of those who summoned them.
So when Kaito felt that powerful chakra near them in the sea, he thought there were two possibilities. Either this beast was looking for something specific in their village, or this beast was the summoned beast of someone who was coming to attack the village.
He couldn't think of any other reason for this.
Even though he had recently discovered that Pokemon could evolve to become so powerful, this information was so recent, and he hadn't seen a Pokemon that powerful yet, that he couldn't connect the two.
Luckily, Riku's father managed to catch him before he swam to the bottom of the sea, and pulled him out of the water despite the boy's protests.
"Let me go, Dad, I have to save Magikarp!" Riku said as he tried to free himself, holding a Pokeball in his hand.
"This is dangerous, Riku, Magikarp can protect himself..." His father said, trying to calm him down.
While the two were arguing, the creature in the sea finally began to show itself.
The first thing that came out of the water was a large red horn.
Seeing this horn, some people thought it was a fin, like a shark's, but soon after, a huge red head began to emerge from the water.
The eyes of the creature were filled with pure hate, which shocked the Uzumaki.
With each passing second, more of the creature came out of the water and they could see part of its body.
From what they could see, it looked like a dragon!
"Oh my God... dragons really exist?!" A ninja said in shock.
"I thought dragons were just legends..." Another ninja said in awe.
Although the ninja had dragon figurines, such as the fire dragon or the water dragon, even Hashirama had wooden dragons, but people had never seen real dragons.
Those figurines were just made up based on legends that had been passed down from generation to generation, so people thought that dragons had just been invented by someone at some point.
But seeing a real dragon in front of them, the Uzumaki did not know what to do.
First of all, if it was really a summoned beast, they could try to talk to it and find out why this beast was here, and secondly, if this dragon wanted to fight and they killed it unintentionally, they felt guilty for having killed the only dragon they had seen in their lives.
"Do you understand me?" Kaito asked as he took a step forward.
Looking at the large dragon, Kaito was afraid, but thinking of his family's safety, he had a responsibility to ensure their safety.
Fortunately, the dragon looked at him when he spoke, probably understood what he was saying, but just ignored him as he looked around the group for someone in particular.
"Are you looking for someone?" Kaito asked suspiciously.
The dragon looked at him and nodded before turning his gaze back to the crowd, looking for someone.
When the dragon saw Kushina's Charmander, it roared, frightening both Charmander and Kushina, who thought the dragon would attack them.
The ninja even ran to stand in front of the princess to protect her, but the dragon didn't attack them and just went back to looking for someone in the group.
Finally, after a few seconds, the dragon found who he was looking for.

The dragon roared as he slowly crawled out of the water towards a man holding his son on his lap.
"Please don't hurt my son..." The man said as he tried to hold his son.
Riku, who had stopped struggling and was staring at the dragon in front of him, noticed something that no one else did.
"Magikarp?" Riku asked in surprise.

The dragon let out a short roar, and for a fraction of a second, you could see the dragon's expression change from extreme anger to happiness before returning to the anger that was apparently his normal expression.
"What do you mean, Magikarp, Riku?" Kaito asked suspiciously.
It wasn't possible that this big red dragon had anything to do with Riku's Magikarp, which didn't even know how to attack, was it?
"That's my Magikarp!" Riku cheered as he took advantage of his father's distraction to jump off his lap and run over to the big dragon.
Seeing Riku running towards the monster, Riku's father got worried and tried to run after Riku, but it was too late.
Riku was already on the dragon's side.
Seeing the dragon's head lowered with its mouth open, people thought the worst and were very worried that this dragon was going to eat Riku.
"Watch out Riku!"
"Oh my God..."
"Please, God, don't..."
But to everyone's surprise, the dragon didn't eat Riku even though it had its big mouth open, but it closed its eyes while Riku ran his hand over its head, as if it was happy to receive affection from Riku!
"How?!" A ninja asked, shocked to see this.
"Is that really his Magikarp?" Kaito asked aloud, causing the other people to finally think about what Riku had said when he ran up to the dragon and realized that it was true.
Riku had indeed said that this was his Magikarp, the dragon appeared after they had laughed at the Magikarp when it was hiding in the water.
Maybe the Magikarp got angry at them for laughing at it and turned into this powerful dragon?!
Riku's father was the most frightened by all of this, especially when he saw his son climbing onto the dragon's head and being carried out to sea, but the most shocking thing was when the dragon stopped swimming and started flying!
The dragon didn't even have wings, but just like their Jutsus and the legends they had seen, the mythical creature flew in front of them!
"Oh my God..."
"Riku, come back! This is dangerous!"
"I want a Magikarp too..."
(Yes, folks, Gyarados can learn the Fly move, and anyone who's played Pokemon Legends knows how incredible a Gyarados Fly is!)
