RUMBLE!!!
A huge hole opened up in the turbulent sky that had a deep shade of red in the centre, where the dark clouds dramatically dispersed as a consequence of the explosion caused by the collision of the two meteors. The bloody water undulated as giant waves were formed as a consequence of fierce wind like storm caused by the two meteors impact!
Hendrix narrowed his crimson eyes as he gazed downwards from the sky. The goddess of flames and the god of gravity were both carried away by the rough waves that rose and fell rhythmically!
With his long, silky silver hair swaying gently behind his back, and his right hand held upwards towards the sky that was painted red. He clenched his fist, and as though responding to his wish, dark clouds were formed above his head unnaturally!
The sound of thunder rang out amidst the sound of crashing waves as his crimson pupils reflected the image of purple lightning crackling around the dark clouds. Alina, who had two angelic-like wings softly flapping behind her back, looked at the image of Hendrix with worry visible inside her beautiful eyes.
Even though she was confident in her master's victory, she still couldn't calm down the anxiety in her heart. This was because even though Hendrix had complete control over the elements of thunder and lightning, thanks to the divinity he had gained from absorbing the power of the goddess of lightning and thunder. He still hadn't completely mastered it!
He is capable of controlling lightning and condensing it to a reasonable degree, but using a divinity that didn't originally belong to him is taxing on his soul. The more he depends on the element of lightning the more exhausted his soul will be in the end.
This was why Hendrix wanted to end the fight as fast as possible. Alina could easily see beads of sweat trickling down her master's face that had become slightly paler than before. "In that case, as his subordinate, it's my job to lessen his burdens even if it's just a little." With her violet eyes shining with determination, she quickly called for her respective weapon!
Flash!
She gracefully stretched her smooth, flawless white hand outward as a flash of golden light gathered at her palm. There, a beautiful three-meter-long golden spear with various runes took shape. She then held her spear in her right hand before pointing the tip downwards, as a strange, blue coloured energy converged on the tip of her spear! The energy slowly and carefully took the shape of a dragon's head as its maw was wide open.
Hendrix, who had finished preparing his attack, slowly brought his raised hand downwards. Following the motion of his hand, countless purple lightning bolts rained down onto the bloody sea that was slowly regaining its previous tranquillity!
ROAR!
ROOOOOOAR!
A thunderous sound of a dragon's roar, followed by the crackling of thunder, reverberated as the dragon fired out a breath attack that travelled too fast for the eyes to follow! For a brief moment, the surroundings were illuminated by the glow of the purple lightning and the blue beam of compressed energy fired from the dragon's maw before they impacted the bloody waters below!
BOOOOOOOM!
SPLASH!
The sound of splashing water could be heard everywhere as a giant hole was opened up in the centre from where the dragon's breath had landed. Powerful tsunamis were formed, and hot steam erupted as a result of the two attacks as hundreds of undead were sent flying in various directions!
The bloody sea grew more and more unstable as the crackling of lightning could be seen on the surface of the bloody water. Hendrix panted heavily as he wiped his face; he really had expended a lot of energy in this battle.
Using a domain type spell already took up a lot of his mana, and this purple lightning was no different; it would take a considerable amount of time for him to recover his strength, but, unfortunately, time is something he doesn't have right now.
"In the end I.... I'm still not able to fully control that woman's divinity." Hendrix quietly muttered to himself. Only he knew how exhausted he was. Lightning was similar to fire in a way that they were both elements that were difficult to control if one was not careful.
Fire was intense and fierce; if the user was unskilled, then he or she could risk burning themselves as a result of poor control. Lightning was no different; not only was it intense and fierce, but also unpredictable! Even when he tried to summon one or two electricity, he always ended up summoning multiple at once!
And controlling so many voltages to lessen the risk of him electrocuting himself was no easy feat. And so, Hendrix really wanted to end this fight as fast as possible before he caused any more damage to his already weakened soul.
He didn't believe that an attack of this scale was enough to finish off the goddess of flames and the god of gravity; he hoped he had at least weakened them enough for him to steal their divinity. With 'Soul Eater' held tightly in his left hand, he observed the blood seas below.

BOOOM!
Suddenly, a huge pillar of deep blue divine flames shot out of the sea of blood and rose into the air, directly piercing the desolate sky, the densely cloud that filled the sky as far as the eyes could see instantly dispersed and scattered away! Both Hendrix and Alina were forced to move back due to the heatwave caused by the divine flames.
"Hendrix! You bastard.... I swear I will turn you to ashes!" The goddess of flames exclaimed. Her entire body was covered in blue flames from head to toe, making it difficult to see beyond the deep blue flames, as only her red eyes were visible.
Hendrix couldn't help but sigh. He hoped his last attack had weakened her a bit; it seems it won't be as easy as he thought.
The god of gravity also made his appearance. Though his state wasn't as good as the goddess of flames, whose body was slowly starting to regenerate thanks to her divine flame's regenerative properties.
Maverick's short hair stuck to his face as blood could be seen dripping off his wet clothing due to the bloody sea below.
Maverick glared hatefully at Hendrix with clenched fist, the entire atmosphere trembled, and the surrounding space cracked as a result of the highly concentrated increase in the gravitational field around him!
Caia's divine flames burned hotter and hotter as a response to her rage; the full might of the laws of flames seemed to scorch the world.
For an instant, both Hendrix and Alina had the feeling as though they were directly inside a raging volcano!
".... Heh, it seems you two aren't holding back anymore, huh," Hendrix muttered.
"Hmph, let your body be crushed, and your soul tremble for thousands of years in repentance for your evil deeds," Maverick exclaimed!
Swoosh!
The air trembled as Caia closed the distance between herself and Hendrix. In her hand was a sword made out of blue flames she created as she swung it vertically downwards; however, Hendrix responded to her sudden attack by instinctively swinging his 'Soul Eater' Sword horizontally sideways!
Bang!
A powerful force burst outwards from the collision of both swords, with Caia and Hendrix in the centre!
The two divine entities moved at a tremendous speed, exchanging blows with each clash of their swords, causing the sky to tremble from the impact of their divine weapons!
Caia fired blasts of divine flames whenever she saw an opening, aiming her fires perfectly to strike Hendrix's most vital areas.
Meanwhile, Hendrix grimaced with the burning sensation of the divine flames he was especially wary of; Caia's flames had a special effect on the body. Once someone is hit, the flames will slowly corrode their body until only ashes are left of them. The only reason Hendrix is still alive after being hit by the attack was only because he shields himself using the aura of death before the flames could make contact with his body.
But using his domain spell had taken up a large amount of mana, making it difficult for him to use the aura of death at the moment.
All he could do was defend and wait for an opening to launch his attack.
BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM!
The sky lit up and was illuminated with a light shade of blue as blue flames could be seen blooming in the turbulent sky for roughly 5 kilometres away, as the two continued to exchange attacks while moving around!
The laws of death and the laws of flames clashed repeatedly.
The oppressive energy of death surges through the domain, increasing its influence, while the divine flames scorch the dimension, annihilating everything within its area of influence.
Alina quickly tried to assist her master to face Caia when a shadow overtook her, a feeling of danger assaulted her, causing her to instinctively hold her golden spear in a defensive stance.
BOOOOOOOOM...!
"Guh." Her delicate body was sent flying backwards when her spear made contact with the heavy fist of Maverick.
With his attacks boosted by gravity, his physical attacks had reached a colossal level of strength.
Alina's beautiful, glossy black hair fluttered from the movement of her delicate body, and only when she reached a distance of 20 meters apart was she able to fix her field of gravity.
"Tch." Alina gritted her teeth as she felt her soft hands tremble from the impact of his fist! For an instant, it felt like she was just hit by a cannon shot out at full speed.
Alina was pushed back from the force of his punch, but she quickly stabilised her movements and held her spear firmly. Though her delicate, slender hands were trembling.
SWOOSH!
Maverick waste no time as he instantly closed the distance between them.
Thrusting his fist forward, attempting to strike her chest, Alina skilfully brandishes her spear, easily blocking all of his attacks. However, the attacks of Maverick were getting heavier and heavier as time passed.
"Guh." Without warning, Maverick brushed away her golden spear to the left before striking her chest.
A wave of energy left his hand as he thrust it forward. His attack made contact with Alina's chest, her armour cracked, and before he could do any more damage, she skilfully stopped his fist with her hand.
Maverick frowned as he noticed he was having trouble pulling away from her; his bones creaked as she tightened her grip on his arm. "Hahaha... Not bad, I can see you have skills at least, what about this?" Maverick said as he thrust his left arm outwards.
"!?" At the same time, he roared, "Endless abyss!" Alina instinctively moved away from him the moment she felt that terrifying energy coming towards her.
But the space where he thrust his fist, a cannon-like blast shot out as an intense condensed energy was released from his palm, as everything within 30 kilometres.
BOOOOOM!
The wind howled intensely as the dense clouds within 20 kilometres instantly dispersed and disappeared.
Alina flapped her angelic wings to prevent herself from being blown away by the wind like a storm.
Maverick folded his palm as he glared at Alina. The two looked at the other for what seemed like minutes before they both moved forward!
BOOOOM!
Another loud explosion took place in the sky as the battle grew more explosive!
