But those living in Kyoto City occasionally witness some seemingly bizarre occurrences without being overly shocked.
So, the drivers at this intersection remained calm; no one called traffic police to report the signal failure, nor did they rush through; everyone patiently stopped and waited.
Sure enough.
After about half a minute, a convoy of black cars appeared, passed through the intersection with all red lights, and as the last car in the convoy crossed the zebra crossing, the traffic lights seemed to sense it and immediately resumed normal function. Only then did the drivers start their cars, proceeding in their lanes. Order at the intersection quickly returned, as if nothing had happened.
"Where's Jiang Sang?"
Fujiwara Reiki, in the convoy that could control the traffic lights, seemed to realize after another round of negotiations that someone was missing.
