After few days, Ashley, Hazel & Lucas meet up to talk about the "something's happened with me"- message from Ashley a few days ago. Day before yesterday, due to a busy schedule and un-coordinated timetable, our new cp couldn't meet each other, just a text message from Noah informing Ashley that he wouldn't be able to come meet her and that he will make up for that when they meet. Ashley also forgave him as she herself needed to figure out a few things at work and attend some urgent meetings the very next day.
(8:01 p.m. Wednesday)
Lucas: Ash, tell me, what was the message about? I'm worried-sick now.
Ashley: Wait for Hazel to join us too.
Hazel: Sorry, so sorry, I'm here! Continue..I'm all ears.
Ashley: So, I'm dating!
Hazel: (looks to the sky, silent judgy face, -) Again? Tell me it's someone better this time, please.....
Ashley: You bet! (giggles) But, don't ask who it is, it's a secret for now. We need some time. Till then, hold your horses, my dear friends.
Lucas: (Restlessly, trying to sound convincing) Whoever it is, I don't think he's right for you. Coming from office after a long day, no gifts, no calls or messages, no pick-ups, no surprises, nothing? That's unacceptable.
Hazel: Didn't you hear what she said? It's ridiculous. Why in the world is it supposed to be hidden though?
Lucas: I don't care. I think you should break up. Did you do a background search on him? Stay safe okay? How long do you know him for? Do I know him? Give me his mobile phone number. What if he also cheats on you?? I think, he took advantage of the time when you had recently ended a bad relationship and tried getting close to you at such a crucial moment. Please, think again, Ash. Don't get your careless a** in any danger.
Ashley: Y'all are overthinking too much. Please don't start your naggings again. I'm fine, I trust him If you can't trust him, trust me. I know what's right and what isn't and also, I know how to protect myself. Don't worry. It's fun with him. This is different. This feeling, it's exciting... I don't know how to put this in words, but his touch, the happiness that he gives me by doing small things, his smile, his breath around me, it just engulfs me with love and admiration every single time.
Hazel shrugs her shoulders and cringes at this and asks her to spare her solo soul and Lucas looked a bit angry at that time. Hazel asked at what step were they, when Ashley confessed that they had kissed, nothing more,..yet..to which, Hazel reacted-"ooooohhhhh". Then, their discussion about various things continues and Lucas remained a bit pre-occupied in his thoughts, Ashley kept snapping him out of his trail of thoughts from time to time thinking it was probably just some office stuff.

When 'The Bermuda Triangle' (refers to the group of 3-Ashley, Hazel and Lucas) were walking around, they saw a few people whom they used to judge and act like playfully. At that moment, Ashley didn't realize that Noah and his friends were right behind them, going back to their home after a few matches of football. Everyone was a bit tired so they were almost silently walking behind these 3 people, eyes forward. Just then__
Ashley: Hey, guys, look there who's coming... (the person being referred to wasn't paying attention)
Noah: Guys, let's meet next week at around the same time?
Everyone with him: ok, sure! We're up! Did you ask your girlfriend?
One of his friends prompts the ruckus, saying--" Hey guys, shhh! Isn't this the same girl who suddenly confessed to Noah in the turf that day? Look" (pointing in Ashley's direction, and others looking too)
Noah; he saw her copying some other-not so muscular man's funny macho man walk with invisible big triceps and laughing loudly, unaware or rather un-bothered by the eyes on her. Her goofy actions make many boys fall for her, and also stole Noah's heart, making it beat faster and fall in love with her all over again.
Some of his friends caught up with Ashley and started screaming- Well played Noah!! Woahhhh and then even copying her copied buff-man-walk, in an attempt to joke around with her.
Ashley looked back and noticed the group. She was a bit embarrassed and increased her pace, taking long strides instead. She pulled her friends to walk faster and somehow managed to escape the situation.
Noah saw all this and could only helplessly laugh at that time, in his 2nd phase of falling in love with her.

Ashley was on a video call with Noah. They ate, freshened up and were ready to sleep. Noah just had his bath and was undressed, just a towel around his waist. Wet hairs, a handsome face, big shoulders, muscular body and abs. (Author's pov: My girl hit a jackpot 😅💕🌚)
Noah was drying his hair with a towel, when his phone angled towards his face, accidently dropped a bit low and his body was focused on Ashley's screen.
Ashley: Noah, are you trying to make me have dark circles tomorrow or what? What in the world re you showing me?? By the way, I like it. Can i come over??? (ggigles mischievously)
Noah: OOh Oh OHH, sorry, it was an accident, I swear. And, till you don't make me your boyfriend around everyone, it's a no!
Ashley: Just one time. Don't be so stingy. Please, pretty please? (trying to act cute)
Noah: Nah,..Nah...Nope!! Don't even think about it. Now, go to bed, be a good girl. We both have to wake up early to got o work tomorrow. I'm running low on petrol. Give me a ride?
Ashley: Fine_urghh...Got it! Bye sir. Good night. (cuts the call, a bit upset over missing the chance, without letting Noah saw anything further.)
