Grace Yates arranged a phone call for work, clearly planning to stay at the hospital with Polly Sutton.
"It's really not a big deal, and there are doctors here, no need to make such a fuss." Polly Sutton wanted Grace Yates to go to work, not wanting to trouble her.
Grace Yates asked Jonathan Jones to send over her laptop; leaving was absolutely not an option for her.
Polly Sutton's persuasion was in vain. "Why are you wasting a day here? I'm not terminally ill, and Jonathan is so busy, what do you want him to come over for?"
"Just to let him come over and see, then tell his good buddy." Grace Yates said casually, noticing Polly Sutton's expression change slightly.
Jonathan Jones arrived quickly, not only to deliver the laptop but mainly to see Polly Sutton, knowing that Victor Parker went to Eagle Isle today.
"Does Mr. Parker know about this?" was the first thing Jonathan Jones asked upon arriving.
