Polly Sutton and Victor Parker returned home, only to find Ryan Jennings just as they stepped out of the car.
Ryan had also clearly just returned from outside, shutting his car door as he walked over, "Cousin, long time no see."
Victor only glanced at him briefly, not intending to engage in any brotherly conversation, "Good dogs don't block the road."

"Don't bother using the word blood as an excuse. Just consider why Victor's mother married into the Parker Family—isn't it due to your mother's 'efforts'? Your mother would push her own sister forward for her own prosperity. You call that blood relation, who are you insulting?" Polly sneered, clearly having no fondness for the man.
