"It's not to that extent." Victor and Polly arrived downstairs, "But I should thank Mr. Lucas nonetheless. If it weren't for him, I probably wouldn't have realized what true human treachery means."
"That's true. The person who stabs you in the back is definitely someone close to you." Polly clicked her tongue and wrapped her arm around Victor's neck, "We've seen the house, I really like it. So should we head back now?"
"You don't like it here?" Victor held her waist and looked down at Polly. He thought she'd like it.
"Cleaning such a big place would exhaust me, wouldn't it?" Polly laughed, lying against his chest, "I love this yard, but just because you like something doesn't mean you have to own it. Wherever you and the kids are, that's home to me, no matter the size or style. As for this place..." Polly turned back to look at the vast yard, "It would be nice to use it as a holiday resort, could even bring in some income."
