I woke up with an unfamiliar girl next to me. Not only that, she was also... "Waaaah! Why are you touching me." I jumped out of bed and looked at the girl.
The girl was slowly waking up, "mmm... I will help you Lucian," or not.
๐ ๐ฏ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ธ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฆ ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ ๐ถ๐ฑ, "hey!" There was no response, so I repeated, "hey... wake up!"
She finally reacted with, "yeah yeah just..." After she gibbered, she got back to her consciousness. She immediately went upright and said, "Reuben...? Oh hey Momo!" She knew my name.
"Alright, alright you are cute and stuff... but why did Lucian brought you here? And what is your name anyway?" I trusted Lucian... well sort of, but I have to know what she is doing here.
"My name is Katelyn. Your brother left a note behind. We changed the plans a bit to make it less risky."
I read the note and decided to trust her. After that we discussed a little bit more, before we went outside.
PATIENCE
The wind was blowing in my face, while I was riding on the neighing Terra. "I am sorry girl, but you have to hold on for a while. I wish I could give you a break, but we need to be at the village in time." I patted Terra on her neck and said, " when I am done I will treat you with your favorite salad."
I looked at my watch. We would make it in time, before the sword would be gifted to the prince. However there was no time for a break. If it was not for Terra's wings I would never make it in time. "You are my most favorite present you know that?" Terra was gifted to me when I turned eighty. She was born on my birthday, so we shared the same birthday. However an elven birthday was only celebrated once in the twenty years. However Terra was not the only one I shared birthdays with. Luckily we were princes, so the whole light continent had to pay for our present.

There we were, at the middle of Lori Village. There was a whole crowd standing around something. I was to little to see anything over all those heads, but it seemed like Katelyn could, so I just listened.
It was a low voice that began to speak, "good morning everyone! I am glad that a lot of people came to the prince's birthday! Everyone has to check in by Jeevan over there and check out at the end of the day! If you do not, you can expect punishment!" I recognized that voice. It was the knight who knocked on the door one week ago. He was the one that killed that old lady in front of me, 'Darius.'
After the speech the whole crowd inclusive Katelyn walked at the same direction. I decided to follow them, however...
"You must stay here. Your name is not on the village's list." It was Katelyn who held me.
"They did not...? Well I can not stand out so I will wait here."
Katelyn nodded in satisfied and disappeared in the crowd.
PATIENCE
"Look Terra!" I pointed at Lori Village in the distance. "We are almost there, just a little more."
The sun was slowly starting to shine brighter. It as a beautiful day outside.
"You know what would be funny Terra?" I always talked to my Pegasus. She probably did not understand a single word I was saying, but she would know I was talking to her for sure. I thought it was pretty normal to talk to Terra. ๐๐ท๐ฆ๐ณ๐บ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฆ ๐ต๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ๐ด ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ฆ ๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ด๐ฆ ๐ณ๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐ต? It was important to have a good bond with your animal. If it trusts you it will listen better to you and will come to you when you call its name. That bond was already passed for a long time. Me and Terra were best friends now. She was the only one I got and I was the only one she had. "You know what would be funny...? What if the killer would be at Lori Village right now? What if he lives there? Haha what if he is that stupid to steal the sword? It would be the best day to steal it back. But that would not happen, if he wanted that sword he would never left it there. Except if he is really possessed by something. Terra, when we find the killer and he tries to run away. Make sure to kick him alright?" While I was fantasizing the we went closer the village until... we arrived.

When Katelyn came back she showed an anxious face. "Momo..."
"Is something wrong?" ๐๐ด ๐ญ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐จ ๐ข๐ด ๐ ๐ค๐ฐ๐ถ๐ญ๐ฅ ๐จ๐ฆ๐ต ๐ต๐ฉ๐ข๐ต ๐ด๐ธ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฅ.
"One of the knights came by to hospital when the blue Reuben..."
"I know that story already. Could you get to the point please." I cut of Katelyn's sentence. We were in a sort of a hurry after all.
"Yes of course... Well he used a cover name, cause yours are not on the list. Julius was the name. That knight in the hospital is the same knight that is checking everyone in. And you never believe it, but the person before me was the real Julius. And the knight was confused, because he remembered that you are called Julius. If he will see your face he will probably arrest you." Katelyn looked really concerned about me.
"Only one knight knows about it?"
Katelyn nodded.
"Well then we just avoid that knight right?" I was kind of relived. I thought I was gonna die or something.
"Right!"
" Attention everyone!" Darius was back on stage, this time I could see his head. I was also able to look at Lucas's head.
A strange looking man walked on the stage and Darius left. Ladies and gentleman welcome the cooking competition of the year! Today you will all witness our new winner of the year!" ๐ ๐ธ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ณ ๐ช๐ง ๐๐ข๐ณ๐ต๐ช๐ฏ ๐ธ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ญ๐ฅ ๐ธ๐ช๐ฏ, ๐ช๐ง ๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ธ๐ข๐ด ๐ด๐ต๐ช๐ญ๐ญ ๐ข๐ญ๐ช๐ท๐ฆ?
"This is our change!" Katelyn said while pulling my yellow jacket.

PATIENCE
When I entered the village, I went straight to my objective. I walked past a crowed. I heard someone saying, "where is the prince?" That was when I realized that the prince was indeed not on his throne. His mother and younger brother were still on there chairs though. ๐๐ฉ๐ฆ๐บ ๐ข๐ณ๐ฆ ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ต ๐จ๐ช๐ง๐ต๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ช๐ต ๐ข๐ญ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐บ ๐ข๐ณ๐ฆ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ๐บ? I made my way to the place where the sword had to lay. I walked inside a large tent where I saw an angry prince and a green suited knight. I looked at the pillow in the back and noticed that it was empty.
Then the prince screamed, "what do you mean stolen?!!"
