All of them got out from principal's office and was walking towards their respective classes, while walking all of them felt gaze of other students over them, specially on lily because she was already popular enough in the college and what happened made everyone more aware about her, the thing was totally different but the rumors were of all kind from normal to worst. There was no option left but to ignore them there was no choice but to keep calm and do their work.
Lily knew this going to affect her all time, without even her mistake. everyone was worried but jack was the most worried and was feeling guilty, he was thinking about how she was feeling and how can he light up her mood.
"I think lily, you should go and take rest at dorm." pam said. "now you won't be able to focus on class and further students going to make you feel more uneasy," "yes I think pam is right you should not go to classes, let's go to dorm I will come with you." Luna said, "Thanks Luna but its ok, don't skip class because of me, and I'm going to sleep anyway so you guys can go to classes I will take rest in dorm, "lily replied.
"Ok, take good rest and don't think much about whatever happened, we are always with you." jay said. "ok guys I have to go for some work see after some days, I'll call you Sam, Bye guys," jay said and left the place, "ok I'm going to classes see you guys later." pam also left.
All three of the headed toward class and lily went to her dorm, on the way back there were many girls looking at her whispering something and between all this she heard the word r***. This made her heart made run faster and she wanted to say something but she remained calm as she had no power or energy to face them and to clear up things.
Girls of college not all but many of them were already jealous of lily and this gave them chances to spread false information and rumors that would affect lily. they were in fact happy after hearing whatever happened, lily was aware about their jealousy but still she never said anything to their bullshits and ignored them, it was not her fault guys were mad for her, it was not her fault she was pretty she was just living her life without hurting anyone but still she had to face this much hate. She looked down and was walking without making eye contact with anyone she went straight to her room and locked herself.
On the other hand classes were already started jack, Sam, Luna all of them were sitting on the back row and was focusing on lecture they too faced the same thing as lily faces, students were curious to know the truth but they too have no option but to stay calm.
Jack was totally unable to focus on classes and in middle of the lecture he suddenly stood up made everyone look at him, "what happed?" Sam whispered looking at him, "actually sir, I'm not feeling good I think my stomach is upset, I can't continue the class." jack said. "ok, go to fresh air, take medicine if needed, you may leave the class." professor said, "thank you sir," jack said and left the class. All the time he was thinking about lily, he knew it was hard for her to handle herself, he remembered when he used to be sad and alone he suffered more, he thought if she stays alone at dorm it going to make her think more about this and feel more bad about what happed so he decided to stay with her whether she want or don't and that's why he left the class, Sam knew that his stomach wasn't upset and he was sure that jack was about to meet lily.
Jack came out the college building and called lily, she was laying in her bed thinking about the stuff girls were talking about her, her thought got distracted by the phone ring, she saw it was jack and wondered why is he calling her suddenly, "hello jack? Aren't you attending classes?" she said, "no, they are boring, get ready and come down I'm waiting at gate of girls dorm," jack said on the call.
"What? Why?" Lily asked, "Come down first then I'll tell you why." Jack said.
Lily was already confused , why isn't he telling me what happened ,is there something wrong again or did someone said something ,she was thinking about every possible reason while getting ready, she was preparing herself for everything, this was the first time she got ready but left the dorm without looking at her in mirror first.
When she came down jack was waiting for her alone, she was expecting all of them standing there, and say something which will made her worry more but jack was only there looking at his mobile, "what happened jack? "she said , jack looked at her , she was wearing simple jeans and top , no makeup and hairs were tied in messy bun, still she was looking cute , he put the phone inside pocked and showed her we both fists , and said "choose one." Lily was really confused, nothing was happening as she thought and jack here was acting different she frowned her eyebrows and said "what? " "Just choose one fist, "jack said with smile on his face. Lily touched his right fist still confused , jack gave her smile and left without saying anything that made lily more confused, after some minutes he came with car, now lily was able to understand what was he doing, she smiled looking at him. Looking her smile jack felt good, at least he made her smile.
"Why jack? "She asked, "Just get in." he replied with smile.
Lily got into the car, "are we going somewhere?" she asked, he again showed her fists and asked to choose one and she this time chose left fist while smile on her face this act of jack was making her smile and laugh, she was still like kid, kid who never know what fathers love feels like, kid who was always forced to do things she never wanted, no one ever asked her what she want, no one made her laugh with doing stuff like jack was doing now.
"Madam you chose long drive so we are going wherever road goes," jack said looking in her eyes, "why are you doing this jack?" she said , she was wondering why suddenly jack came laving class and doing all this.
"I'm doing this because my heart told me to do this, and I don't want my friends to miss classes that's why left the class alone and but then I realized you are free so I called you." Jack said but the actual reason was totally different and lily also knew that why he was doing this. She felt really touched.
"Thank you jack," she said "for making me forget what happened and for pulling me out of the thoughts which were making me worry also pulling me out from that room," "you don't need to say that lily," jack said and with smile he asked "shall we go now?" "Yes. "Lily smiled and replied.
Pam was going from library to college building she saw both of them leaving college premises and smiled at least she was in less worry about lily now, she wanted to stay with lily but the professor was calling her continuously and she was not able to be with her which was making her worry about lily.
"Don't worry much." Sam said to Luna when he saw tension on her face, "just focus on lecture," "how can I Sam? Lily is already worried and now jack is not feeling good," Luna said. Listening to her Sam laughed slowly and said "do you think jack is really not well? He just made excuse to leave the class I'm sure he is with lily and making her feel good so don't worry about any of them." listening to that Luna looked at Sam with surprise and said nothing which made Sam laugh but he didn't because the lecture was still going on, he showed her jacks text saying *I'm going out with lily see you In evening.*" you are too innocent Luna. "Sam said and focused back on lecture. Luna was also less worried now.
