Reading the message the smile on lily's face vanished instantly, she was thinking about what should she reply but was totally confused and surprised, did he just spent time with me because he was bored? She though and number of things were popping up inside her brain, all the happiness was gone by now , she was feeling like jack used her, he took advantage and there was no care for her in his heart like she was thinking earlier.
Wiping her hairs Luna entered in her room, she saw lily sitting on the chair and sensed that something was wrong, "what happened sweety?" She asked sitting next to her, lily didn't wanted her to worry much so she lied that her favorite actress was sick, hearing that Luna shook her head and laughed, "go to sleep early good night." she said and went to bed.
Next morning all of them were ready to go for classes, pam was already running, as a president she can't be late. Luna and lily were chill, they were at the class door standing and waiting for teacher to come but they saw Sam and jack coming, looking at them lily remembered what he said last night on the that and again her smile vanished, jack observed that, this was the first time he saw her like that.
"Hey," Luna said, "good morning." smiling widely, cute! Sam thought, "Luna come with me," Sam grabbed her hand and went straight to stairs, "what? Where are we going?" Luna asked. "Actually I have some work with our coach and it's urgent, if teacher comes and ask where we were, I can tell I was with you, because you weren't feeling good." Sam replied.
Listening to him Luna thought he wants me to lie just to save him, "ok." she replied, she didn't said anything further, on the ground the guys were busy in practice, when they saw Sam with Luna they shouted mockingly, this was their daily routine to mock couples, "this guys are really something!" Sam murmured while looking for his coach.
"Luna, you stay here, I'll be back, I think he is in changing room." Sam said and went inside.
Luna was observing everything, she saw some guys were busy in practice other playing phone and laying on ground, it was morning time so the wind was cold and that was making her shrink her body she was observing things while wrapping her hand around herself.
Inside class when Sam and Luna left, lily went straight inside class and sat on her bench, jack frowned, he was thinking what was wrong with her, is that because what I did last night? No but she was laughing, what made her behave like this suddenly. He was drowning in this thought, he went and sat on beck bench behind lily and was thinking if he should ask her what happened or not, he was looking at her, but she was busy reading book, actually she wasn't actually reading, all her attention was on the actions of jack.
"Are you ok?" Sam asked when he came back, "its little cold here, let's go."
"Yeah," Luna smiled and both of them left, "actually coach called me and asked to meet him as soon as possible." Sam said, "I have to choose some students from first year for matches and we are going to start practicing soon." he was happy.
"Oh, you want to make career in football right?" Luna asked, "no doubt, food ball is my love, it's my life and fortunately my parents supports me, you know it was my dad who always encouraged me, he made me love football." He was really happy, "you know this year we have to go for nationals, I'm going to give my best no matter what." he said.
Listening him Luna had wide smile on face, he was happy, there was shine in his eyes and he was motivated. They were on the stairs to go for class while having chat.
When they came back teacher was already there in class, "you guys are late!" he said looking at them tilting his neck downward from his spects, "I won't allow you to come in, that's my rule."
"Actually sir she isn't feeling good, and that's why I was with her, please let us in." Sam said. Teacher looked at Luna carefully, she wasn't looking like an ill person but he thought it might be girl's problem, "ok this time will allow you but next time don't even think of coming to my class if you are late." He said and focused back on explaining.
Both of the sat on the bench, everyone was focused on lecture but Luna for the first time wasn't present mentally, she was thinking like if Sam used her, for his work, he just took her with him so he can make an excuse. Thinking about this she was hurt.
After completion of all the lectures they were leaving the building, Luna and lily both were silent and wasn't talking anything, lily thought Luna was tired and so she didn't asked he much but both boys were confused not only lily but now Luna was behaving the same and that made jack worry much again.
They were walking behind girls but didn't said anything, jack hold Sam and made him stop, "what?" Sam asked. "What's wrong with them? Why are they behaving like this, did you said something to luna?" Jack was curious. "No man, what did I do? Nothing, I don't remember saying anything bad or offensive to her, in fact I was about to ask the same because lily also behaving the same." Sam said. They were standing near cycle parking and were discussing. Girls just left for dorm they didn't even said bye.
Jay completed his lecture and was coming to take cycle because he had work, he saw jack and Sam discussing something really serious, "I think what happened yesterday made them feel bad or something." jack said, "but luna was totally in good mood in morning." sam replied, "but lily was upset since morning what can be the possible reason sam?"Jack said throwing his coke can in dustbin.
"What happened? Seems like Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson are working on really serious matter." jack said mockingly, raising his eyebrows, "shut up man! It's a serious matter," Jack said "just do your work." "I'm not so interested in your matter sir Holmes, but I can give you clue." jay said. "Bro just leave us alone." Sam said.
Jay unlocked the cycle and was about to leave but then he stopped, "sir Holmes, the clue is inside your phone." he smirked and left, jack looked at sam and pulled out his phone, what can be this. after checking his phone they came to know that jay replied lily from his account, and they finally figured it out that this must have made her think that he spent time just because jack was getting bored.
This lil….jack was about to break his phone, "calm down brother, we will solve this matter." sam said . "I have to go for practice, see you in evening." He said and left.
