Li Sui's appearance was just about what I had imagined, with only one difference—she looked even more terrifying than I'd expected.
Her body wasn't very solid. Some parts were even hollow, exposing certain organs. Mantou's body clearly wasn't enough to support Li Sui; every broken bone was bound tightly by black tentacles.
Although it's not right to say this about my own daughter, she really is frightening right now.

"Dad, what's wrong?" Li Sui didn't understand why I was staring at her like that.
"It's nothing, I'm just looking." I reached out and patted her on the head. "Go on. Go find the other kids and get some egg custard. And help me call a few people over while you're at it."
