The elderly man looked very kind, approachable, and wise.
He was Jonah Lowell, the man in charge of designing and constructing the Solara Palace for this project.
A suitable plot of land in Jansburg had been specially selected for the construction of the Solara Palace.
The money for all this was invested by Evan Fairchild. Once the entire Solara Palace was built, it might even become a tourist attraction in the future, with ownership remaining in Evan Fairchild's hands.
