Anyone could see her carrying things with her, and if it was later at night when it was darker, there could always be people out who would get into some kind of trouble.
If such a group happened to be nearby when she was in that area or passing through, then her presence would be enough to draw attention to her.
If they were the type to cause trouble with others and even go as far as robbing them, then that would be even worse.
It was not like she could run with everything so easily, and it was just as troublesome to get into a fight when trying to hold onto everything.
