Harru's POV
"Shinta-kun!" Takeru cried out.
"You psycho!" I barked angrily at Shinta.
Closing the door, Shinta walked over to us with a psycho, cold smile on his face. "How were my experiments, you guys…?" He glinted at us.
"You had the audacity to say that, senpai…" Kichi backed off in fear.
"Dude, what is wrong with you?" David asked while being absolutely creeped out by Shinta's line and the look on his face.
Shinta let out a dark chuckle. "I just want to find out what I can do with abilities when their hosts die."
"You just shortcut the process, idiot!" Takeru yelled back.
"Oh, it was just boring to wait, you know…"
My mind was full of anger, but before I could respond, Shinta looked at us directly. "How about this? Instead of calling the police or the principal, how about we have a duel at the Training facility? I'll let you guys pour out your age on me all you want, and if we're done that, I'll let you guys off the hook. Deal?"
Because of that, I said to Kichi and the others, "Guys, let's do that, and I had one trick on my sleeve for him by that."
Kichi and the others agreed right away.
"Well!" Shinta clasped his hands with a psychopathic tone and excitement. "Tonight it is. I'll be waiting in the facility."
He then left off, disappearing into the afternoon light.
After that, we immediately planned our retaliation against him. "We can place Rachel's Sword Summoning ability to prevent him from escaping…" Kichi said while thinking hard.
"Hmm, sure," Takeru responded back with a nod of agreement. "I'll use my Trees of the Earth ability to lock his legs on the floor…"
"Woah, what is that ability?" David asked.
"It is an ability where you can summon trees or other plants from the ground. It is a nature-based ability."
"Oh…"
"That sounds like a genius idea!" Kichi chirped in response. "Now we had two layers of traps for Shinta-senpai!"
"Yes, and I will use my Berserker ability to weaken him up," I suggested.
They agreed with that right away.
So, Kichi and I went to Rachel in her dorm room, and I asked, "Hey, Rachel-chan, are you busy?" Rachel seemed not to be, and she was just watching TV by now. She got up and replied, "No, why?"
We then revealed Shinta's dark obsession and his duel with us in the Training Facility at 7 p.m. sharp on her ear.
Rachel was shocked, and she agreed to join in this plan of retaliation against Shinta. She turned off the TV and left her dorm room with us. We met up with David and Kakeru, who were now mentally prepared for this. Rachel and Kakeru planned their ambush in the training hall behind some training walls to unleash the powers of their abilities to trap Shinta.
