An immediate rush, as the three clashed with each other, Koina flanking to the side so Adel can capture the most attention. As they gripped hands, the Serpent pushed forward and slammed his head into Taro's, letting such blood spill and shower around, clouding his vision enough so the Assassin can be behind and slash down waves upon waves of water and frost. Taro would push Adel forward so that he can evade such attacks, but he noticed she was still going. At first, he thought she was flailing her attack around in order to try and hit someone, almost making him a bit disgusted at such an unkept form. Once he looked down, however, that disgust became admiration as he'd watch the blood begin to freeze from such pools made by Bathory.
A process can be done to preserve the blood cells by adjusting a specific temperature to cool it over. Too much so would cause damage to those cells, corroding down its base properties and make them nigh useless. Such an act was known as Cryopreservation, and such an act isn't easy to will it into existence. Koina, however, would modulate her temperatures alongside the blood to reach that perfect range, allowing her to cool over and freeze it enough to launch as projectiles to pierce into his body, letting it be warmed back up so the Vampiress' magic carries over to infect and fester within the Human Dragon. She knew fully well that such a monsoon of sanguine isn't normal, much less human in design. To conjure up such masses would require a specific style, and such a style is what she can capitalize over to take advantage.
In other words, Koina is not just an Assassin, but a Tactician of the highest order. An exploiter in Magic itself, provided she has the means to exploit it.
The Dragon's smile grows wide as he'd began to breathe down his smog, letting go so that the dense fog would act as a warning for detonation. Adel, however, didn't let go. Clawed across his hard scales, a three hit combo across the stomach, chest, and neck to force him in looking up, before readying his claws to grip and split his neck apart for a clean kill. He knew well about what was coming, and he chose to lock him down in order to make the Blood Magic do as much damage as possible to his system. "Have you gotten more guts the last time we faced?! I swear, I don't recall you going this far. Is this the extra lives talking?!"

KA-BOOOOOOOOM!!!
As soon as he gave praise, he blew himself and Adel up sky high, both in taking away such a life and to create enough heat to damage the sickle cells in order to prevent any further infections. A few flicks from his gauntlet can be heard, forcing Koina to throw herself into such remnants, knowing well that allowing him to use his Gauntlet would result in a quick death. An immediate slash to catch the fog in such mist and cold, shattering it and lodging it through the ashes to strike into the Artifact. A quick parry would send the shard flying, but the Assassin pushed on and tried to exchange her own blows whilst Adel regenerated. A quick jab into his side, countered by a grip and a headbutt. A twist onto her arm, forcing her to drop the dagger momentarily. A sweep to knock him down off his feet, simultaneously snagging the weapon and bringing it to her side for a quick pick-up into an attempted stab into his eye. A just as immediate catch to prevent such a gouge, before planting one of his legs on the ground and the other on her stomach, flipping her over, using her body weight to hit the switches and trigger the next set.

Annoyed, he'd trigger on Thunder, a charge across his gauntlet as he slams his hands down, a breath-like weapon sparking through the moisture to wrap around and electrocute the Assassin. While she was able to evade it, because of her magic style mingling with the soot and smoke all around her, it ends up becoming a large field that would act as her personal bear trap. Screams were heard as she endured the voltage, before being followed up with a dropkick across her stomach, an upper kick to knock her head upwards, followed by a roundhouse kick to her side, sending her spinning like a fan into one of the buildings, shattering some bone in the process. Even with such pain, she'd get out of the indent and stood her ground. "Nice, Nice!" Taro praised again, clapping his hands as he flipped through his switches. "You've improved so much since you were lesser! Your banishment must've been your perfect fuel to come back and prove yourself, hasn't it?"
"It'll also be the last choice you made regarding the many people you abandoned for your sake of Strength! Hasn't Orochi already have the strong as their hand? Why do you want more!?" She'd scream, arming herself with her dagger as she prepared to match the King.
"A Dragon prides themselves in being the strongEST! Why do we need to settle down? We are constantly arming ourselves and facing challenger after challenger, all for the hope of meeting someone that can rival, nay, SURPASS us! We are a Kingdom of Soldiers and Swords. Not scholars and servants! We are DRAGONS!! We should strive to KEEP being such Dragons!"
"And if I hated it? If I hated that my existence, my very skin, is supposed to act as a flag post to throw myself in harms way again and again!?"
"No one's saying you should oppose it! It is simply nature at its finest! A Dragon's strength will always be drawn... NO EXCEPTION!" A surge of energy escapes from his body, adrenaline spiking up in the midst of his excitement, as he watches from the corner of his eye the Serpent's approach. "...Exactly what I was talking about."
