"....Aaaaand that's where I had to spend for most of the time, and also being why I probably only have like.... I dunnooooooo... two weeks left to live?" He'd smile weakly as he realized his grave error, furthered by the amount of death stares he was given to everyone involved, including the Doctor for having to make his job more difficult.
"...All those in favor of me killing him?" Solomon asked, to which one resounding 'aye' was enough for him to cast Might of Samson and prepare the beating the Serpent deserved.
"WAIT, WAIT, WAIT! I MADE SURE TO DISTRACT THAT CARD THINGY! AIN'T THAT ENOU-" His words were cut off with an immediate barrage to his head, each strike cracking and breaking the ground, not holding anything back as he made sure to be careful not to kill him, already noticing one of the faces beginning to shape out once his life was getting too close to go away. Stolas would eventually get in on the assault, doing an elbow drop on his stomach and kicking his sides every chance he gets. Eventually both boys would nod to each other and deliver an uppercut simultaneously, pinning him into the roof of the medical ward, leaving him to groan and moan. "Okayyyhh... Fair enough....." He'd mumble.
"If you somehow lose your lifespan to this, I'm KILLING YOU DIRECTLY!!" Solomon shouted, almost tempted to throw a few more punches alongside his brother, before Shady decided enough was enough and drag the two away, holding them down, making sure they quit struggling and eventually be worn out from the anger boiling inside them. Meanwhile, the Descendants looked on in both annoyance and intrigue in regards to what Adel saw. While they themselves weren't present either, the idea that a beast was just outside of the Kingdom that nobody was able to notice makes them wonder what exactly was its purpose for. Applin, who's the only one with proper experience on what Kabanaska is, even began to question why didn't it show up to help Wyvios during his time of need.
"So he's gonna die soon? Is that what's gonna happen?" The little Vampiress asked, much to the grievance of Solomon.
"Yeah, he had nine months to live after his first fight with Taro, come past a few months after all of that, probably spent it again while we're busting our bu- WAIT HANG ON A SECOND! How are you even alive!? You should've been dead then, theoretically, considering we already spent like... 6 or so here!" Solomon's realization immediately had Shady pull him down, letting him see Adel still dazed and lost after such a beating. He'd be quick to set up a small circle by cutting into the floor and casting Garden of Eden so he has his own little spot to act as a healing area, letting him recover back from his confusion. "Yo! Talking to you, Einstein! Math isn't mathing here! If you half that much, you get three and a half months! Months that we ALREADY SPENT here! You shouldn't even BE here! What gives!?" He'd ask, noticing such a hole in his story.
Adel was stammering in his words as he was confronted, before Stolas would pitch in an observation. "Maybe he doesn't know his own magic? I've seen it happen before. Papa was confused with the portal stuff last time we fought, and we didn't really know how to put down the Nuckelavee in that storybook. Matter of fact, I don't think it really died in that whole collapse, did it?" He'd ask.
"Let's not get pedantic, Stolas. Considering how much he knows that snake, there's NO way he's that oblivious to his own magic style."
"H-hey! Hang on! Can I at least share-" More glares were given to Adel the second he spoke up, as if expecting an answer from the previous question, in which he raised his hands defensively and halts them. "WAIT! WAIT! Hear me out, okay? Right now, your main focus is ah... well, them, I'm assuming? As luck would have it in my grueling chase, I DID found a way to help speed up their recovery, if that's what you need! Can let this be my lil' redemption for ah... slacking off, for lack of a better term?"
"More like being a ragdoll punching bag."
"B-BUT THIS TIME FOR SURE! I can help out! We just need to participate in that big race people are getting excited for. The one that has a bunch of rockets?"
"YOU WANT US TO GO TO SPACE FOR A CURE!? WHAT KIND OF-" As soon as Solomon tried to ask such questions, both Applin and Stolas gripped at his shoulders and pushed him down, moving him out of the way so they can both be front and center.
"WE'LL TAKE IT!!!!!!" Their shouts were in unison, grumbles made by the Biblical Sorcerer, as Adel would be able to relax with a warm smile and be quick on taking them away, letting them follow him towards the newly made Center, as the rockets up above continue their attempts to leave the Earth. Fenrir would be quick to occupy them on their trip, skeptic that such a man with such limited time to live would even last long in such a race. The Descendants look amongst one another as they leave, their curiosity taking the best out of them.
"What exactly are they going to find up there that would be a cure for temporary death?" Enenra asked, looking back outside and seeing said rockets, wondering what was it like to be above the clouds and resting in such a sea of stars and planets.
"Waow, Who knows? If anything, it's at least a distraction from trying to kill him. Though... he did raise a good point, waow..." Tsukiya added, pondering as she looked to the roof.
"How DOES his revive work, anyway? It would have to be some level of regeneration, right?"
"Mmm... That might be the key, yeah. Let's just hope he doesn't die a bunch in this one. I don't think the kids know how to drive a spaceship."
"Does Adel know?"
"...Fair point."
