Alex Glory's life had been a roller coaster of triumphs and heartbreaks. He was once a prosperous lawyer but now had fallen into the shadows as a mercenary, haunted by a tragic past he could never forget. The weight of his deeds, both good and bad, had shaped him into a hardened man, skilled in the art of survival. The echoes of his past decisions and the losses he endured eventually made him understand how harsh the world is.
Currently, a man can be seen standing close to the graves of his loved ones. This man is Alex Glory, with a face full of tears and drenched in the downpour of the rain can be seen holding flowers in one hand and an army knife in the other. He had finally completed his mission of killing the drug mafia that tortured and killed his family and friends. He can still remember the day when his father brought him to his new home, it was the happiest day of his life, and would not starve on the streets after being thrown out of the orphanage which was supposed to be his home. He can still remember how much his mother and sisters loved him even though he did not share the same blood as them. Why was God so cruel to them what did they do to deserve it? He had come here to do the final deed and join the land of the dead with his close ones. But just when it seemed like the journey had reached its end, a force beyond comprehension intervened.
The One Above All, a cosmic entity of immense power, recognized the intricacies of Alex's life and the potential he still held. With a gesture of cosmic significance, Alex's spirit was plucked from the precipice of oblivion."Alex Glory, I have seen you all your life and I am impressed by your resilience and hard work, therefore I am granting you four wishes to spin the roulette of destiny and accept your powers," said The One Above All in his godly voice. Alex who was already on the brink of breaking thought it was a last-ditch effort of his brain to keep him alive, "Hahahaha, now I have even started hallucinating". Seeing as he has not been taken seriously The One Above All said again "You lowly creature how dare you think of me as a mere hallucination, I am The One Above All, the ruler of multiverses, the one most powerful being in the entire marvel multiverse." said The One Above All. "Yeah and I am Lucifer Morningstar," said Alex in a mocking tone. The One Above All had had enough of this and used some cosmic energy to make Alex regain his composure. Alex on noticing that a golden strand was travelling towards him tried dodging it but could not do it even with his years of experience being a mercenary. Alex then realized that everything is real and the being in front of him is of course The One Above All. "Now that you are back to reality let's continue with what I was saying" Seeing as Alex was listening attentively The One Above All continued. "You are the one chosen by me to be sent to the Marvel Universe as I think it is only wise that you get another chance with everything you have gone through".
"So you are saying that I will be sent to the Marvel Universe, can I choose to transmigrate instead as I do not have the patience to grow up once again." he inquired.
"I'll see what I can do but first spin the roulette wheel." said The One Above All telling Alex to hasten his question as if he was in a hurry.
Seeing an opportunity, his lawyer mind got the idea of striking a deal and amassing more benefits. "Well, I find it rather amusing as to why the god of a multiverse would like me to transmigrate into a universe just because he found my life full of hardship. Isn't everyone living a hard life nowadays and what about my family and friends, were they sent to the Marvel Universe as well ?"
"Ahem, that is not of your concern as to why I am giving you this opportunity, and as for your friends and family their souls should have gone to the afterlife, and before you ask it I can't say anything about them as this world is not under my jurisdiction." replied The one Above All.
"If this world is not under your jurisdiction how can you transmigrate me ?" asked Alex in an interrogative tone.
"Well that is because you were not from this world in the first place, you were once the resident of the Marvel Universe but your soul was divided into two, and one part was sent to this world and the other is still living in the Marvel Universe but not for long." answered The One Above All.
"Can you explain how can a soul divide on its own and how I even got to my world?" asked Alex.
"If you want to know then here it is ." said The One Above All shoving a strand of memory in Alex's brain.
Alex soon knew that he was just a normal baby until a strand of powerful cosmic energy struck him which soon attracted the powerful forces of the universe. To save him his soul had to be divided into two and once the cosmic energy dissipated from his body on this world, his soul was supposed to be combined but as he was living a much better life on this earth, so his life was not intervened but now that his life was almost over The One Above All intervened to send him to the Marvel Universe.
"We should hurry up and if you have any other questions you can ask me after you go to your original world," said The One Above All.
"Well okay, so what is this roulette wheel? "asked Alex while observing the glowing wheel floating in the air.
"Ah yes, so this is something I made to give you powers, equipment, skills, and many other useful stuff" replied The One Above All.
Alex started asking various questions regarding his transmigration to the new world.
"So you are saying that you have the other part of my soul and you can attach it to the body I will transmigrate into."
"Yes, and think of this skill as one of my gifts, now spin the wheel before your time runs out or I won't be able to transmigrate you," said TOAA giving him a skill in the form of energy.

Alex spun the roulette wheel.

"What's this color supposed to mean?" inquired Alex.
"So this wheel has different prices that are divided into different levels like green(common), blue(rare), silver(epic), golden(legendary), and black(mythical). I have made it like those RPG games in your past life to make it more understandable but do not underestimate it as each of the prices is unique with its benefits. As even a common rank ability can make you the strongest on the whole planet if used correctly. " explained TOAA about the intricacies of the matter.
Alex spun the wheel for the second time and was shocked to hear what the price was.

"Yeah, but there are certain skills that are in a different league and cannot be categorized in these levels," explained TOAA.
"I have also given you some additional gifts " added TOAA ."Okay now tell me in which year you want to transmigrate ?"
"Well let me think, how about 1935," replied Alex.
"Okay and I will also give you an appropriate family, so enjoy your life Alex Glory," said TOAA without further inquiring about anything.
After hearing this Alex was excited about his future and slowly drifted into sleep, his soul slowly combining.
