Dusk had begun, but Luanlia had no intention of going home, wrapped in the romance of a youthful date. The princess was captivated by the bright beauty of the blackhaired young man, and he happily held the princess's hand, opening his huge blue eyes with adoration, and did not take his gaze off her.
"Are you not going to the palace? It's soon night," he asked worriedly, throwing back his unruly hair.
"My legs can't carry me, I don't want to be there," Luanlia said sadly.
"Don't you love him?"
"It's so good with you," she hugged him, who was dumbfounded by her unexpected actions.
In response, he began to kiss her face and lips timidly, enfolding her in his arms, and the princess did not push him away. Gedeon could not believe that he would receive signs of attention from her so quickly, and his passionbegan to grow. For the first time, he felt a strong lust for a beautiful girl and wanted to merge with her into one whole.
"Have you already kissed someone?" Luanlia asked affectionately.
"No..." Gedeon was embarrassed, but did not remove his hands from her.
"You don't consider me a child, do you? You don't mind teaching me how to kiss."
"Strange, were you waiting for me? You haven't tried it with anyone?"
"There was no desire! And when I met you, everything inside was excited... Is it love?"
"It's kind of attraction," Luanlia cheered, noticing sharp black claws on his fingers. "Be careful, don't scratch me!"
"What is that… Lua?" Adivaris's angry voice suddenly rang out.
He appeared in front of the couple, gaping his sparkling eyes in amazement.
"Are you cuddling with teen? Lost your mind?"
He pulled her out of the hands of the discouraged Gedeon and disappeared with her.
Adivaris could not calm down, walking around the bedroom past his yawning wife, who was lying down on the bed.
"How unexpected! When I said kiss whoever you want, I didn't mean that you can make out with fledgling youngsters."
"But he's not a vampire like you, and it's very pleasant to talk to him. He is a kind and sensitive boy and will not drain all my energy. I definitely won't faint with him."
"So that I don't want to see you with him anymore!"
"Are you forbidding me to be friends with him? He is a king's son, and Lariel will not be against our relationship."
"I saw what kind of friendship you have! You kissed! You and I have an indissoluble agreement, according to which you live only with me. And sometimes, at my discretion, I can allow you to date someone for a fun."
"None of the vamps should come near me now. Lariel said so, otherwise my body will not stand it and I will die. This is what could have happened to me in captivity. You're insatiable. You're never enough. One day I just wouldn't wake up. That's why your girls died. You drained their energy to death."
"Not true! I treated them with care and you too. They died because of my radiation and the babies. You would have lived a long time, and I would still have discovered that you were a princess. Stop calling me a vampire. Energy exchange is not vampirism. You will learn over time to do it and have fun. You are now my wife and note that you by your own will agreed to return to me."
"I already regret it because I didn't know what would happen next."
"I'll explain it to you again. You can't return to Xantari. They will find you and execute you, why don't you understand this?" Adivaris was angry.
"But for what? I didn't do anything wrong."
"The Archons do not want your incarnation in the society of syrinxes. They have already burned you once and will do it again because of your rebellious nature. You don't remember much from your past, but it all happened during my lifetime. I was your friend and I remain so now. Better live with me and you will reach a high level of development, as it should be, and no one will punish you for your stubbornness."
"Are you educating me?" Luanlia screamed.
"Yes, I don't want to lose you again. After all, you were not reborn for a long time, I stopped looking for you, I thought your soul had slipped away from our world. You are dear to me, so I take care of you as much as possible. There is no need to consider syrinxes as vamps, and yourself as our victim. This is not true at all. We are just very different from humans by nature."
"Then don't come near me. I want to be alone and regain my strength. Date with someone somewhere else."
Luanlia turned away from him and fell asleep, leaving Adivaris in prostration.
