"I'm fine~" Jane Sampson blinked her beautiful eyes at James Black, then with a little face, she said to James, "I don't have any money~"
Seeing that James Black ignored her, she reached out and tugged at James Black's hand, repeating herself.
"I don't have any money~"
Every word was accompanied by that gaze and that expression.
As pitiful as it could be.
"I can't afford the watch you like." Jane Sampson pouted and tapped James Black's palm, "I can't buy anything at all~"
"Gifts aren't about the price, but the thought." James Black's hand closed, and that small hand was enveloped in his palm.
Jane Sampson looked at James Black's face for a few seconds, trying to see how credible his words were from his eyes.
Seeing his expression was natural, and his eyes were reflecting her image, sincere and without evasion.
Jane Sampson believed him.
