" Breaking news a dungeon opened on High lane in district four was said to be explored by five rank E hunters unfortunately the dungeon wasn't secured and the huntersqere killed in it leaving the portal open which lead to a monster outbreak in district four, the monsters killed a total of 19 civilians which brings the number of deaths to a total of 24, district four is said to have experienced its third monster outbreak, luckily the situation was quickly handled and was resolved by the elites of the Hunters association." the report played on the television.
' I was in High lane today I saw that building crash and then I ran home avoiding any trouble , I was right there, i was in High lane the dungeon opened the building crashed everything happened while I was there I was this close to been killed. '
" Kieran, Kieran!! " Sarah called out noticing the horror on Kieran's face.

" The hunters association doesn't seem to get it job done right, they mess up on every turn now I understand why the military has opened its own hunter academy maybe just maybe if the military retakes its power as the government maybe it won't be like this anymore "Sarah said watching the news reports.

District four alone had experienced a total of fifty four monster outbreak and the number of dungeons that had opened here had passed the hundred mark.
When dungeons open on the first district it is usually shut immediately and handled properly monster outbreak in the first district was a myth something unreal while in lower district the situation worsened gradually second district was also a place where dungeons where quickly closed but the efficiency wasn't like in the first, the third district had experienced monster outbreaks also but not as many as the fourth.
Diversity amongst humans was at an all time level of high and it was leading to loss of lives yet no one was doing anything about it.

" I do want this I realized that the diversity amongst ourselves isn't going to change when it comes to district four the hunters basically ignore our plights this district experiences monster outbreak like it's a casual Tuesday they focus all their attentions on the first and second district and ignore us like we don't exist I am done with that people with powers are nothing but bullies and scum and that's why we're always ignored cause those in power those with authority don't give a damn about us we're on our own here " Kieran replied " I am going to change that I would get strong so strong that no one would dare ignore or bully me then I would change it all.
