Seeing everyone's confusion as I put on an accent, I let out a chuckle and replied normally. "Yes, I am a bit. But my mental faculties are still perfectly normal. I got paranoid about my brain chemistry as soon as I felt the weed hit and yeah... Not for me. So I'm just enjoying a mild body high. It is a thousand times better than whatever happened yesterday."
"Mild body high he says..." Elaine commented, swivelling in her chair and placing her feet in my lap. "You have had... I forgot. More than me and you are still fine. Now keep doing what you were doing before the interruption. I command you hehe."
I shrugged my shoulders and began to rub Elaine's feet without thought before turning to Hailey who looked upset.
