ZELDA POV
Zelda harshly pulls Malon inside the house. She then asks where the key is to close it; the redhead pulls it out of her dress and closes the door.
The Princess tries to pull the rancher girl up the stairs with her.
"Calm down Zelda, the door is already closed"
"THAT MEANS NOTHING TO THEM" the Princess yells.
The redhead stares at the Princess rolling her eyes since Zelda must be exaggerating.
Once they entered Malon's room, Zelda locks the door.
"HURRY UP AND CLOSE THAT FUCKING WINDOW" Zelda yells.
"Yes, of course my royal pain of a Princess" Malon answers as she calmly walks to the window. But as Malon was sliding down the window to close it, a hand manages to hold the window stopping the rancher girl from closing it; Zidane chuckles wiggling his eyebrows at Malon.
The rancher in panic chooses to fight. She bites hard on a few of Zidane's finger, making the Pirate yell as he removed his hand from the window. Malon takes advantage of that and hurriedly pushes down the window to close it. She then closes the curtains shielding the Princess and herself from being stared at by the monkey boy, who somehow had climbed the walls of the two-story house and almost managed to enter.
"Damn it, THAT was fucking scary… He won't break the window to enter, would he?" Malon asked the Princess.
"Of course not… he doesn't need to" the Princess answers in a somber tone.
Malon squinted her eyes at Zelda wondering what exactly does she mean by ¨he doesn't need to¨ Then both girls whimpered once they started hearing the window being slowly pushed open. Malon starts pulling hard on her own hair out of panic since the boys were inevitably going to enter her home, and there was nothing she could do about it.
"ZELDA, WHAT AM I MISSING HERE… who are they? What is their occupation?" the rancher asked, fear slipping out of her in every word.
"They come from the Quantum world, and are now Link's sworn brothers… the three of them work tracking undesired people and getting rid of them by any means"
Malon stumbles back "So, they are dangerous"
Zelda nods "Very, and highly skilled"
Then they heard the hinges of the main door gave a low groan. Then the wooden floor started creaking as the intruder entered the house.
That one has to be Raziel. He is making sure to announce his presence making the wooden floor creak with every step he takes… the motherfucker wants to instill panic.
Zelda rushes to Malon, who appeared to be on the verge of tears, and grabs her shoulders "Do not cry… their line of work might be shady, but they are not bad people. Link works there too and he is not bad, is he? This is a game for them, a game they have already won. But that doesn't mean they get to see us cry" the Princess smiles trying to instill confidence and courage on the read head.
The sound of hurried steps in the celling is heard. Zelda looks around the room and notices the chimney that was recently build in a corner of the room.
That one has to be Li, and he is going to use the chimney to enter.
Malon closes her blue eyes "Someone is on the celling… is one of the boys, isn't it? How did he climb up there?"
THUMP!!!!
Robert plunged down the chimney and hit the hearth causing a storm of ash to explode around him. The gray ash rolled through the room like smoke, veiling his figure.
"HO… HO… HO" Rob says evilly smirking.
"WAIT… I know that one, SANTA CLAUSE. Well, evil Santa in this particular case, but I can still use this to play with him. Hopefully that will relax Malon"
Zelda smiles and extends her arms towards Li "You finally came, I knew I had been a good girl…where is my present?"
Malon opens her eyes wide at the Princess's behavior. Robert frowns at the Princess.
"YOU a good girl?" Robert asks "Just so you know, Santa delivers gifts to ALL of the children. Toys to the obedient ones, and coal for the naughty ones… I don't have coal but this…" he pulls a handful of mud from one of his pockets "this should do" Robert says as he pulls the neckline of the Princess auburn dress and drops the fistful of mud inside, immediately hugging her tight before she could react.
Then Rob chuckles before pressing her body strongly against him to lift her for a spin. Bits and chunks of mud flew out of the Princess's arms and legs staining the floor, the bed, and the drawer dresser. That was Li's way of ensuring that his sister would be really smeared in the mud.
"WHY?" Zelda asks.
"It all boils down to EQUALITY. If you are willing to flood the area I was in, hoping I smear myself in mud, then you are prepared to get stained yourself on it" He then slowly turns to face Malon "And… talking about equality" Li says smirking at the red head.
Zelda immediately grabbed on the back of Rob's tunic.
"Li, you shouldn't… not to her. Must I remind you who she is?"
Robert rolls his eyes "That she is Malon, daughter of rancher Talon, and co-owner of this property? Or are you talking about the fact that she is the only permanent employee and is in charge of managing EVERYTHING around here?"
Blast stares fixedly at Malon and half smiles. "She is a responsible, hard-working and a determined gal. Do you think she is going to cower away from this? In fact, I think she may even resent you if you manage to make me absolve her… wouldn't you kitty?" he says poking on the red head's nose.
Malon's eyes open wide at the use of that term of endearment; she opens her mouth ready to call him out on using it, but is stopped by the realization that Li had dropped his mud-caked hand on her head, letting the sludge smear and drip down her beautiful hair.
With a smile on his face, Rob stroked the top of Malon's head, further smearing her in mud. He removed his hand and held his chin in contemplation. Then smirked and retrieved some of the ash in his arm with a finger, and used it to draw on Malos's face. He drew straight lines on both of her cheeks, lines that were meant to simulate whiskers. Li retrieved some more ash from himself to draw a curved line from under the nose to the middle of one of her cheeks, then the other. He then ended his work by tapping on the tip of her nose, giving her a cat nose.
"Mew" Robert softly said as he clawed at the air, his left hand curled like a cat's paw in mid-swipe.
Malon half-closed her sapphire blue eyes at Robert's emerald green ones; she opened her mouth but not to make a snarky remark, to show teeth and hiss angrily at him. Her response made Robert burst out laughing.
"I want to believe that you are done making the ladies pay" Link said as he leaned on the door's arch. He was not staring at them; he was carefully examining the blade of the pocket knife since he had used to pick the lock.
Since when did he got in here… I fucking hate how soundless he can be at times.
After raising the small blade to eye level and turning it around a little, Link smiles before putting it away and looks directly at Zelda.
"Or maybe you are not done; care to explain why the Princess remains clean?"
"Hahaha" Zidane laughs standing up from behind the bed, where he had been hiding. "Believe me; she is NOT as clean as you think…"
We have another silent stalker in the family… great.
"Ha, so finally you decide to come out, why didn't you start with the punishment?" Robert asks.
Zid briefly lifts his shoulders with a sheepish grin "Because I hadn't gotten that far in my head… I knew how and what I needed to do to get in here, but I didn't know what to do to the girls. Then, I heard you running up there" he points at the celling.
Robert knew Zidane was already inside?
"So you figured, let it be his problem, I will just sit here and enjoy the show" Robert says furiously, but unable to contain his smile.
Zid grins "Pretty much, and boy was I in for a treat… Kid, ask Zelda to jump a little"
Link looks at Zelda lifting an eyebrow. Zelda glowers but starts jumping. Then a chunk of mud rolls down her legs and splats on the floor.
ZID POV
OMG, the look on Ziel's face… a perfect mix of anger and excessive joy. It's a face worthy of being immortalized in a canvas.
Now, the question is: how is Link gonna to react? Is he beating Li up? Or is he gonna huge him?
Ziel suddenly turns to Robert pointing a finger at him "You damn reckoner" the Prince approaches Rob intimidatingly and throws a weak punch at the engineer's shoulder. "Are a fucking god?" Link says grinning widely.
And he did both… Because of course he did. He doesn't lie, not even to himself apparently. He managed to express both of his urges feely, I hate him. That level of coherence is admirable though.
"Please tell me something that I don't already know" the auburn-haired clone said faking petulance.
As all of them started to laugh at Robert's dramatic statement, knocking is heard. Link immediately smiles.
"THE DOOR IS OPEN, COME IN… that one has to be Saria" Ziel says.
She is here, GREAT… No wait, MY FUCKING LADY IS HERE.
The Pirate looks down at himself and opens his eyes wide "Link, what I do? I am bathed in mud" Zid asks as he starts hearing the stairs creaking.
"We ALL are, and there is nothing we can do about it now" Link grins with malice.
The bedroom door creaks open revealing Saria. Her feminine shoulder length hair cut in layers made an interesting contrast with the tomboyish clothes she chose to wear. Over the knee caqui sorts and a white short sleeved tunic. The Kokiri gasped upon seeing all of them. She then lifts her head and looks down on all of them.
"I had a speech prepared to state how sorry I was for arriving late… but now I am glad to not have been part of this disgusting mess" Saria says wrinkling her nose.
"Yeah… but you can still be a part of it if you so desire" Links says opening his arms wide for a hug.
The green head takes a step back and growls in anger "Don't you dare come close… stay away from me you filthy dog"
Damn it, that HURT. She didn't say it directly at me, but let's be real here… I am in worse state than Ziel and Saria basically barked at him in disgust. My beautiful forest elf just slapped me without lifting a finger.
Link produces a hushed laugh and states "I love you too"
Saria huffs at Link and talks to everyone "All of you follow me outside. Let's not stain Talon's floor anymore" she turns around and goes down the stairs mumbling something about Link not ever achieving maturity, hence why she still has to take care of him. All of this monologue with a smile on her face.
Zidane starts to smirk at the sight.
She is not really angry; she is acting like a mother since she is Link's mother in a way. Her Kid got himself and the rest of the kids filthy… So, she is acting pissed, but in reality, is having fun at our expense.
Once they were outside, Saria asked Malon "You used the water from the tank for this mess, right?"
The rancher girl nods "It was time to drain it and refill it… well, I was going to do that in two days but I saw the opportunity and took it"
Robert jumps a little in shock "Wait… so this whole thing was YOUR idea, and not my sister's?" he asks.
Malon shows Li the tip of her tongue and claws at the air like a cat "mew"
Robert narrows his eyes at the read head growling low. Saria chooses to ignore that interaction and asks.
"Did you finish the water?"
------------They answer at the same time--------------
"Yes, since I ran inside and left it open" Malon answers
"No, there should be more there should be at least half of the tank since I closed it" Link replies

Saria's eyes glimmer in happiness as she holds the hose "Then I get to spray the filth away from all of you" Saria points the mouth of the hose at them "One by one… stand there by the tree. I will spray you clean, and you are going to enjoy it" she says displaying a mischievous smile.
Of course I will enjoy this, gosh… I love her.
"I am ready for your special type of love my lady" Zid says tenderly.
"Sweet talking is not going to save you… and someone please open the water passage"
"STOP, the first one who should be sprayed clean is Malon, she IS the ranch owner and we are in her house"
The Pirate huffs "Yeah yeah, I will allow that since I am a gentleman. Let the pretty ginger get cleaned first" he winks "But I will definitely be the next one"
ZELDA POV
I feel like I should reprimand my brothers, ALL OF THEM. But I honestly can't, Malon and myself also misbehaved trying to make them fight in mud. Besides… it seems like they are having fun and the girls too.
But I don't know. I need to talk to the girls. Saria is obviously busy at the moment, so let's -start with Malon
Once Malon had been water sprayed clean, she was trying to dry her head with a towel while humming. Zelda approached her in that moment.
"Hey ranch girl, I have a question… what do you think about my new two brothers?"
The Redhead shakes her head fast; her intention was to spray Zelda a little. The Princess jumps back and insults her.
"They are fine" Malon says and looks back at Li being water sprayed by Saria "More than fine actually" she says with a smirk.
WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT?
Malon smiled and came closer to whisper "I found my man" she says and lifts a finger to her lips.
