With a thunderous bang, the last nest in the second layer was destroyed by Yvonne. Arboriel would probably never see another Demon Nest again. As for the third layer—that was the gathering place of pure-blooded Demonic High Gods.
Even back in the Abyss, pure-blooded High God Tier Demons didn't live near the nests. Building them and hatching demons was considered the job of ordinary demons.
"My Lord!" Through the faith thread, Celestia contacted Haru, "Those filthy nests have been completely destroyed. Haru naturally chose the first option and instantly, a mysterious force enveloped him, and he returned to the second layer of Arboriel's underground space.
Immediately afterward, two figures appeared before him and bowed respectfully. They were his loyal Angels, Celestia and Yvonne.
"My Lord, the two Supreme God Tier Demons have discovered our existence, but I was one step ahead and managed to isolate the second layer!"

Demons, like Angels and Thunder Titans, were a God-Class Race. Even the weakest among them became Demigods as they achieved their potential. Millions of Demigod Tier Demons, with large numbers of Demonic Gods, formed a terrifying army that would make any other Castle Lord unable to even flee, let alone fight.
Only the Great Aetherium's Imperial Army could compete with such a force. Moreover, after clearing tens of billions of demonized creatures in the first layer, the Imperial Army now had over 300,000 Demigods and over 10,000 Gods—most of them from his 180,000 Angels.

Facing the Demonic Army, the Imperial Army showed no fear. Though outnumbered in terms of numbers of Demigods and True Gods, the second layer's strongest Demons were only peak Intermediate Gods. The pure-blooded High God Tier Demons lived in the third layer to keep up the pressure on the survivors and Arboriel's Laws.
In contrast, Haru commanded over 20 High Gods and hundreds of Intermediate God Tier Angels. In the high-end combat power, they held an absolute advantage.
"You heretics, evil creatures from the Abyss! The holy flames will purify you!"
The Angels released their angelic spells, blocking the demons' offensive while deploying their own offensive spells. Countless holy flames flew toward the demon army, forming a magnificent sea of flames that 'purified' numerous Demons. Even the Demonic Gods couldn't extinguish these flames and died while screaming.
