I just stared out the window as the rain poured heavily. My chest calms whenever I hear the rain, as if it washes away my worries. It's Saturday today and our planned outing didn't push through because of the rain. I still need to go to the mall to buy clothes for the twins. We're going to the beach next week for Grandma's birthday. She initially didn't want to, but Mama and Papa wanted to go, and my sister Nave is also coming home.
"Ate, Cole is out of milk. It really was the last drop this morning." I looked at Serina as she said that. I was in the living room, just watching the rain outside. I felt like an emotional wreck.
