It had to be understood that the separation between Real and Demon wasn't just a simple matter of location. It was a fundamental twisting of fates, diverging lines that split and could never come into contact once again. Sylas would have said that it was the perfect definition of what it meant to be parallel if there was any reason to believe that those of the Real World and those of the Demon World even went in the same direction to begin with.
The gap between the two forms of life was simply enormous. It wasn't the kind of thing that could just be hand waved away.
To put this matter into context, there was a higher chance of a human having a child with a cow than there was a chance of a human having a child with a demon.
The fundamental make ups of what made life, life in each World was too vastly different. It wasn't just a matter of mindset, it was beyond that.
