Chapter 4604: Missed My Sister Would Sister Believe It?
Purple Star Sovereign wore a violet robe, with some kindness in her brows but sharpness in her gaze.
One glimpse told Lin Moyu she was a ruthless person, one who might fight at a moment's notice her temperament much fiercer than Boyang Sovereign's.
She carried battle intent, evidence of a fight not long past.
Here, her power was far less than normal. If this were the chaos/ancient Wilds, Lin Moyu would need to be cautious but not now.
Nonetheless, Lin Moyu remained respectful, saluting: "Greetings, Purple Star Sovereign. I've come to retrieve some people."
He was direct no extra words, straight to the point.
Purple Star Sovereign frowned, "How did you find this place?"
In her mind, Lin Moyu was only Chaos Realm advanced how a cultivator of his rank reached this place was unthinkable.
But, here he was standing before her.
Lin Moyu said, "I have my methods. Now that I'm here, senior, please allow me to take my wives."
Purple Star Sovereign was silent, neither refusing nor agreeing.
She didn't understand Lin Moyu's sudden appearance; the situation seemed to be slipping from her control.
Standing before her, Lin Moyu seemed unfathomable; she struggled to decide.
Ning Yiyi and the other seven were meditating clearly just coming off battle, still holding lingering fighting spirit; their injuries had not healed.
Up close, Lin Moyu saw their wounds weren't minor. They'd been hurt before and, without full recovery, were now newly wounded.
Repeated treatments and repression meant the injuries kept accumulating; eventually, they would erupt disastrously.
Even now, it would take considerable effort for complete recovery.
Lin Moyu didn't want to quibble further. If Purple Star Sovereign wanted to be indecisive, she could do so herself.
He stepped forward, instantly appearing atop the lotus center the battle formation meant nothing to him.
"What are you doing!"
Purple Star Sovereign responded just as quickly, returning to the lotus center to confront Lin Moyu.
She was surprised her great formation hadn't stopped him.
"Healing!" Lin Moyu snapped, letting the power of life turn into eight dragons that fell upon Ning Yiyi and the others.
Here, all Daos from chaos/ancient Wilds were suppressed to nothing, but his Undying Dao was merely halved and still usable.
The power of life was unmatched for healing.
Purple Star Sovereign's face changed, "You can still use your Dao here?!"
She couldn't activate her Dao at all, fighting power greatly diminished; yet Lin Moyu could.
He was no longer a weakling in her eyes, and the more she failed to see through him, the less she dared make a rash move.
Lin Moyu wielded his life power to heal his wives not just the surface but the accumulated injury deep within.
Years of injury faded away under the nourishment of life power.
His voice was calm: "Since Daos can't be used here, I won't hold you responsible for my wives' wounds. Today, I'm taking them away. Please don't block me."
"No!" Purple Star Sovereign finally refused.
She made up her mind the affairs here were grave, Ning Yiyi and the others were crucial.
Their significance extended beyond that; Lin Moyu absolutely could not take them.
Lin Moyu calmly replied, "Senior Purple Star, I respect you because you're my elder; Boyang Sovereign helped me much, and I haven't forgotten.
But that's not enough reason for you to take my wives. When I was weak and you were strong, you did as you pleased, gave any reason you wanted, and there was nothing I could do.
But now I have a choice I will take them, and you can't stop me."
Purple Star Sovereign's face hardened Lin Moyu wasn't joking. He really could take Ning Yiyi and the others away.
Purple Star Sovereign said, "You won't even ask if they want to go?"
Lin Moyu shook his head, "It doesn't matter what they want. I'm taking them just as you took them before without asking."
Purple Star Sovereign was at a loss, speechless.
Lin Moyu was giving tit for tat doing as she had to him.
If not for her uncertainty about Lin Moyu's powers, she'd already have attacked.
Purple Star Sovereign said, "If you try, I'll resist and someone else will, too."
Lin Moyu looked into the distance, "You mean my sister?"
A silhouette appeared from afar Lin Mohan walked in, sword underfoot, approaching in a flash.
Lin Mohan was valiant and dazzling, sword energy bursting from her, impossible to look at directly.
She was like a sword personified, cutting down any obstacle.
She entered the formation, face alight with joy. "Little Yu, you actually found your way here!"
Lin Moyu smiled for the first time in ages, "Surprised? I said I missed my sister do you believe it?"
Lin Mohan retorted, "Not a chance! You're here to pick up your sisters in law, aren't you?"
Lin Moyu nodded, "That's right. What do you think?"
Purple Star Sovereign interjected, "Sword Sovereign, you know they can't leave."
Lin Mohan glanced over, "Of course I know; but don't forget, Little Yu is my brother, and those are my sisters in law. Whose side do you think I'm on?"
Purple Star Sovereign was struck silent, hearing the deeper meaning. But she persisted, "This matter is important. I urge you to reconsider."
Lin Mohan shook her head, "Whatever the issue if Little Yu asks, I'll support him unconditionally."
"Back when you wanted me to take Sister Yuyan, because that formation needed one more person, I agreed partly because it was good for her and because Little Yu hadn't grown yet.
Now that he has, I'll back him all the way."
Purple Star Sovereign's face grew darker, "You must know this will disrupt our plan. Don't you care about that result?"
Lin Mohan replied, "Of course I care; but what Little Brother needs comes first."
She'd never been one for hesitation. Her decisions were swift and from the heart like her sword Dao.
Lin Moyu felt something else; it seemed Lin Mohan had been waiting for him.
His arrival here was a surprise, but mostly, she was happy.
Making it here meant his strength weaklings couldn't even find this place.
Purple Star Sovereign's eyes burned with anger, "Then I cannot accept this. Sword Sovereign, you mean to be my enemy?"
Lin Mohan laughed a clear, melodious sound. A sword floated out behind her, pointing straight at Purple Star Sovereign!

Hey everyone,
I've got some unfortunate news to share. Some of you might remember that last October I had to travel for surgery due to a medical issue. Well, it seems that problem has returned, and I'll be going in for surgery again soon.
Thankfully, it's not life-threatening but it's also not something minor. I'll be under care for about a month and will be traveling for treatment in the first week of December. If all goes well, I should be discharged and back home by the end of December or early January.
I'll try to keep posting while I'm at the hospital, but if there are any delays or irregular updates, that's the reason why.
