Chapter 4693 - Chapter 4692: The Seven-Wheel Heaven

Chapter 4692: The Seven Wheel Heaven

Day by day went by. Half a year after Lin Moyu and the others arrived, Xunzhi Heaven returned to quiet.

The storm that had raged for countless years persisted every outsider continued to be assaulted by the ceaseless gales.

The Wine Sovereign and others came and went many times, seemingly gaining something from each visit, but they never ventured far from the portal's cocoon only for several thousand miles at a time, their presence too insignificant to affect the world as a whole.

Lord Xunzhi knew people had entered, but couldn't be bothered to acknowledge them.

Lord Xunzhi and the Breaker of the Sky spent their time recounting old stories. Both had lived for untold ages though they'd had their conflicts, they were from the same era and only they could talk over those experiences.

Finally, a year later, Lin Moyu's eyes slowly opened.

Breaker of the Sky immediately asked, "How did it go?"

Lord Xunzhi's gaze was intense, eager for an answer.

Lin Moyu replied, "I've basically mastered it. It's much harder than the Primordial Technique, but all arts return to the source it's still understandable."

Lord Xunzhi's eyes flickered Breaker of the Sky had guessed right after all.

He hadn't thought Lin Moyu would grasp the Surpassing Heaven Technique so quickly even partial mastery was a huge feat.

Breaker of the Sky laughed, "See? Lin's comprehension is unmatched."

Lin Moyu said, "It's lucky you gave me so many Primordial Techniques to study, senior. Otherwise, I'd never have managed it."

Breaker of the Sky replied, "It's only right. After all, you're the only hope left."

Lord Xunzhi couldn't help but ask, "He's learned many Primordial Techniques?"

Breaker of the Sky said, "Lin's already mastered every Primordial Technique I collected, and it didn't even take him that many years. Your Surpassing Heaven Technique is nothing difficult for him."

Lord Xunzhi's eyes beamed with hope. For people like them, mastering a Primordial Technique would take thousands or tens of thousands of years Lin Moyu's talent was obviously far beyond theirs. With this, perhaps hope really existed.

Lin Moyu said, "I'll familiarize myself with this art a bit more, then I want to see the Ten Wheel Heaven."

"Alright." Lord Xunzhi agreed at once he too was hoping for release. After so many years trapped between life and death, he'd had enough.

Another two years passed. Lin Moyu completely mastered the Surpassing Heaven Technique.

At its core, the Surpassing Heaven Technique was about making oneself a furnace, absorbing another world's power, refining it, and blending it into one's own world.

But such a fusion required deep skill and comprehension, since the nature of heavenly forces varied greatly hidden rules within the power, if forcibly merged, might seem fine at first, but as strength grew, cracks would inevitably appear.

That was exactly what happened to Lord Xunzhi's world his method was imperfect, riddled with defects.

Thus, when he tried to fuse power from the Seven Wheel Heaven, the force went wild and his world collapsed beyond saving.

It would be a troublesome problem for others, but for Lin Moyu, it was easy because he possessed the Annihilation Fire.

This fire could refine the power of worlds, no matter how different or rule filled, stripping them to pure essence.

Lin Moyu had already merged his own research with the Surpassing Heaven Technique, making it more suitable for himself.

Now, everything was ready only the real attempt remained.

Boldly, Lin Moyu decided to use his own Linguistic God Heaven as the experiment.

With Lord Xunzhi as a Soul Bridge linked to a Seven Wheel Heaven, it was a precious, possibly unique opportunity.

Lord Xunzhi said, "Hopefully you succeed, and help me to be freed in the process."

Lin Moyu understood. For Lord Xunzhi, true death had become the most desired outcome.

Breaker of the Sky warned, "A Seven Wheel Heaven is vastly different from a Six Wheel it's dozens or hundreds of times stronger. There may be all kinds of surprises, so be careful."

Lin Moyu nodded. "Thank you, senior I'll be cautious."

Lord Xunzhi opened the portal to the Seven Wheel Heaven. This passage was strange filled with overwhelming spiritual force, walking it felt like stepping into Lord Xunzhi's very soul.

Lin Moyu left the Breaker of the Sky's crystal behind so the two old men could keep each other company.

The soul bridge was long he had to fly for a while.

Lin Moyu messaged the Primal Gem, "Hongmeng, you've seen Seven Wheel Heavens what makes them special?"

The Primal Gem replied, "Yes. The most unique aspect is their immense world power and strict laws. Cultivators there are heavily suppressed by those rules, making progress extremely tough.

That's why it's hard for Supremes to be born in them but if one ever appears, they could even surpass the Breaker of the Sky."

Lin Moyu asked, "Can you predict what a Seven Wheel Heaven will look like after the Great Collapse?"

Lord Xunzhi's soul, though partly in that world, had no sensation of it he was just a bridge, no perception.

Yet, after so many years, nothing had happened to that fragment of soul, showing that at least near the entrance, it was safe.

After journeying for half a day, Lin Moyu suddenly felt a new, enormous presence.

A heavy, palpable strength smashed against him through the soul bridge.

"What dense world power!"

Lin Moyu inhaled the radiant world power surged into him, carrying peculiar hidden rules that, after circulating inside him, dissipated.

"The rules are shattered, the system broken this fragment of Seven Wheel Heaven was destroyed too."

Finally out the exit, his view was filled with an endless blue world.

Hanging in the air, wind blew against him, the rush of water sounding in his ears.

"The ocean?"

Lin Moyu looked far and wide no edges in sight, only endless sea as far as he could see.

This could only mean two things: either the sea was vast beyond measure, or this whole world was curved.

He checked behind portal still there, unchanged.

Beneath the portal, countless lines of soul power descended, sinking into the ocean. Lin Moyu followed the threads, diving underwater intense pressure closed in from all sides.

The water itself brimmed with world power and broken rules an ordinary near supreme could be crushed by the sea.

This felt a bit like the Boundary Sea.

Hundreds of meters down, Lin Moyu finally reached the seafloor, along with the end of the soul threads there was the remnant of Lord Xunzhi's soul.
