Luca noticed Finn's body stiffen right after the door in front of them opened. When Finn warned him to run away, in case something appeared from behind the previously closed door, he could understand Finn's worry that it might be zombies that greeted them when the metal door opened.
The black-haired young man was still standing behind Finn, so he couldn't immediately see the cause of the blonde's surprise. Even so, he felt a little relieved that no zombies rushed out from behind the door, but he began to feel curious about what had surprised the blonde.
Therefore, Luca moved his body slightly to see what was in front of them, and he reacted the same as Finn when he also reflexively widened his eyes.
