"His grandmother?" Thane echoed with a raised brow at his answer, he shifted his gaze from the interview of Brooke to Luther, "You are saying the old woman is his weakness?" He demanded.
Luther nodded animatedly, "After his parent's car accident, his only family is his maternal grandmother, the true owner of Halton Inc." he explained in between grunts.
Thane had read that Halton was Ethan's mother's name, and the business was inherited after her death, but he did not read so much on his grandmother.
Or rather, there wasn't much about her highlighted.
Luther went on, "She raised him, and groomed him to be the CEO, however, the old woman held a large grudge against Ethan's father, and his family." He took a pause, catching his breath. To his captor, he pleaded, "Please, some water."
The guard looked to Thane for permission, which he gave with the swat of a hand. He returned with a bottle of water and held it over Luther's mouth.
