"The volume is 206.965 centimeters."
"Perfect as usual Seto! The rest of you should take notes!"
'Someone kill me....' Currently I'm sitting through another "average" day at school.
'Nothing about this homeroom is average...It's been 3 weeks and I already feel like dropping out. We've got the ass kissing teacher who is kissing the ground Kaiba walks on..Then we've got the idiot Joe-'
"Wait teach! How'd he get that? I got d!"
"....Jonouchi, this wasn't multiple choice."
"Oh....I mean I got uhhh, 6.78!"
"...Jonouchi, that's one of the side lengths..."
'Like I was saying. Joey's a idiot. This is a entry level class and somehow this is his second attempt at passing it. And despite Tristan being the same age he actually passed all of his classes and only pops in before class to hang out.'
As I'm mentally complaining over Joey's lack of braincells I'm nudged by Noah. (Who physically threatened the teacher to sit next to me). "Sooo is this the normal highschool experience?"
"No."
"Oh. Well this is still fun! Though Jonouchi's intelligence..Agitates me."
"*Sigh* Me too."
"Oh? So can I-"
"No, you maniac."
"Okay..."
*BRRRINGGGG*
"Thank God."
Immediately getting up and grabbing my bag I make a beeline for the door without even bothering to look.
"Wait up!"
'Goddamnit..'
Turning around to see, well firstly I see the expected person, Noah standing to my side after getting up right after me. But I then see the person who called out to me, Joey 'Brooklyn Basher' Wheeler.
"..What's up?"
"I heard you play Duel Monsters! I want to play against you!"
'How does he know that?' I throw a side eye to Noah only for him to just shrug in response. 'Not Noah? Then who the hell...There's no way.'
"Who did you hear that from?"
"One of the upperclassmen! Well upperclassmen in college now. Kenji!"
"...Isn't he like 27? Why are you hanging out with him?"
"....That's beside the point! Lets Duel! And I know how you used to do it with Kenji so I'll bet some money on this!"
'..Next time I see Kenji I'm breaking his legs. May as well get this over with. Plus I need some coins for the vending machine anyway.' "Fine, sit down and we'll get this over with."
"Sweet!"
Taking a seat at the nearest desk Joey sits another desk next to it and moves a chair. Then contrary to what I saw a few weeks ago Joey brings out an actual deck of cards. "..Did you get more cards?"
"Yeah! Yugi's grandpa runs a card shop so I bought some! And I got some pretty good ones!"
'So he actually has enough cards for sale? Strangely every game shop I've seen was either completely out of, or had a extremely low amount of cards. But if Yugi's grandfather actually has cards in bulk..'
"Joey. I have a deal for you." At the words of a deal Joey perks up. "If you when i'll give you double of whatever you bet. But If I win you have to tell me where Yugi's grandfather's shop is."
"I don't know..Yugi told me not to bring too many people over there.."
"Three times"
"Deal!"
"Good. Now let's get started. I'll give you the advantage of going first, so let's DUEL!"
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"I'll go first and I'll draw! Then I'll summon my Gigobyte(350/300)! And I'll end my turn!"
"Alright. My turn. I'll draw them I'll play Wanderer Of The Red Desert(2400/2000). Then I'll attack your Gigibyte dealing 2050 life points out of your 2000."
"..What?"
"You lost Joey"
Joey LP 2000---->0
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"How.."
"Well it's simple math really. I had the stronger monster at 2400 attack points compared to your-"
"I get it! Jeez.."
"...So show me where this card shop is."
"Right now?"
"Did I stutter? Or do you want to pay off.." Peering over the table I see that amount of money Joey put of the table. "8000 Yen?"
"...Follow me."
"That's what I thought."

.
As we exit only a few of our classmates are still in the room, including Tea and Yugi.
"They didn't even ask you if that bet was okay.."
"It's fine..I'm sure Grandpa will like the extra customers.."
