"If one day I do have a partner that I take a bit seriously, just promise me you'll respect it and that you'll be kind about it as well." I knew I was overreaching here. There was no way Bucky would ever be calm the day he found out about Benecio and I. He would probably lose his mind the day he did find out.
In fact I was very sure that what he did to the door would be seen as child's play. I didn't know what he was going to say but that would have to be something Benecio figured out. For once I wasn't the one who went after him.
He nodded slowly before he tilted his head, "Do I know the person from yesterday morning?"
"No," I was grateful I answered calmly. "But I just want you to promise me."
He scrunched his nose briefly then shrugged, "I promise I won't lose my mind and that I'll respect your relationship."
