Xiao Xian cut her off with a grin: "Sis, do you really think I'm that unreliable?"
"Of course!" Xiao Yan huffed angrily. She really felt she had lost face completely—not just in front of her own brother's classmates, but most crucially, what if Wang Qiayu misunderstood and thought she'd put her sister up to prying into his business?
"Sis, when it comes to relationships, your eye for things is really not great." Xiao Xian sighed lightly. "I brought this up in front of a whole bus of people because I had a reason.
Let me put it this way: junior high girls might like a male teacher but never say it out loud, while high school girls who like a male teacher might actually take action.
Besides, I honestly think Teacher Wang is a rare good teacher. You and he would actually be quite a good match. And anyway, didn't you want to get that secret recipe from his grandpa..."
She didn't say the rest out loud, but the implication couldn't have been clearer.
