Javier, Delya, and Buddy glanced toward Liana, who was lifting one glowing fruit with both hands, a soft smile on her face as she examined it.
"Big Sister Liana really has a talent for these things," Delya murmured, her dreamy eyes fixed on Liana's hands.
Javier nodded slowly, two fingers resting on his chin. His other hand drifted down and casually caressed Delya's butt.
"Mm. It's like plants, fruits, flowers, they all respond to her. I still remember back then, when I first started planting sugarcane and the cocoa trees. She was the one who helped revive the withered cocoa tree. Not to mention, I didn't have many cocoa saplings back then. Just a handful. And thanks to her, those few turned into an entire grove."
Buddy narrowed his eyes at Javier's hand, let out a long exhale, and squawked.
"Cuquawked~ Cuquawked!" (Who cares~ Now I know the fruit is safe! Safe!)
