But it seemed Cell also knew the Kamehameha. Like Goku, he began to gather power, preparing for a head-on clash. After all, he had absorbed Androids 16, 17, and 18. His current strength was immense. He felt he was definitely stronger than Goku in his Super Saiyan 2 state...
Though he couldn't understand how Shin had the ability to resurrect the dead. After all, Goku was thoroughly and completely dead. He had personally verified it. There was no possibility of Goku surviving.
