"At the restaurant," I stressed, "But he kept on disappearing. I don't know if I'm hallucinating or what."
"It's probably your conscious or you're drunk," he hummed with his non-existent wisdom. "Who were you on a date with?"
"Some guy don't worry about it."
"EJ, you shouldn't be going on random dates just to get over Connor, maybe you're seeing him because he wanted to talk things out with you and you're being immature."
"He wants to talk after almost two years," I gaped in horror, "And you expect me to listen to him. Look you got over Ethan, if you can do it anyone can."
"It took me near to a decade! Edward you shouldn't just hop onto the next train. It's impossible to move on that fast."
