"What do you not understand? She has something that almost no one else has. It's that weird attribute attached to her element. In fact, I'm the only other being I'm aware of who has it. It's what allowed me to break through to levels unheard of. In fact, without it, I wouldn't even have been able to become a Monarch without an authority. If anything, I'd say it's a built-in authority of some sort. No, it goes beyond that even. I didn't think she'd be able to do it though. At least I hoped she wouldn't get to the threshold which allows it, since the despair one has to feel is simply maddening," Mrs C explained.
