"As, I said earlier, your majesty. I admit that I was wrong for leaving without informing my husband," Angelica said.
Ian nearly laughed out loud. Oh, so now she could say that she was wrong. Yet, when it came to him, she looked for the most stubborn way to just do what she wanted instead of what was right.
"Thank you for being so gracious with me, Angelica," Phillip smiled. He was relieved, he had expected her to make it much harder than it was supposed to be.
"You are gracious to every single one of us, your majesty. You surely deserve the same measure you deal with," she gave a small smile.
Easton frowned, it was clear Angelica was choosing her words carefully. Whether that was a good thing or not was left for them to decide.
"I remembered that I have not given you a proper welcome to the castle," Phillip said raising his glass.
"So, Princess Angelica Rivethans, welcome to the castle, welcome to my family, and I am glad to have a daughter now," Phillip proposed a toast.
