Ogun was reading reports of the numbers of martial arts that had registered for the tournament and the numbers that had passed the qualifier. Every name on the papers, he knew them, or at least heard of them and their achievements to verify their legitimacy. However, there were at least ten names that he was unaware of, and Ruen was among those names.
"These names..." Ogun wrote the names on the letter because he wanted to send the names to the official of each province where those names came from. "Let's see who you are..." He muttered and carefully folded the letter then sealed it with the Heavenly Alliance's seal.
Ogun tapped his desk two times and paused a bit for the third time. Not long after that, a man entered his office, a man with a porcelain black demon mouth mask and wore a dark blue ninja suit. He didn't say a word and approached Ogun to take the letter, but Ogun raised his hand, stopping the man from reaching for the letter.
