Chapter 784 - Chapter 784: Sixth Universe

Chatting idly along the way, breaking through the barrier between the two universes wasn't difficult. About thirty minutes later, they appeared in a void of empty cosmic space.

Noticing Ino's confusion, Whis lowered his voice, speaking as if whispering a secret: "You wouldn't want our whereabouts to be discovered by Vados, would you? That woman was a famously unruly witch when she was young. Tsk tsk, simply too unreasonable."

Whis complained about his older sister for a while, leaving Ino pointing at their surroundings in depression: "Your caution is commendable, but the problem is... where is this? I do have the ability to comprehend languages, but there aren't any intelligent lifeforms around here, are there?"

She extended her sensory abilities to the maximum but couldn't find a single soul; this was just an endless expanse of cosmic space.

Even if you didn't send me directly to the Konoha Village on this side, you should at least find a place with people!

Whis smiled in his rather effeminate manner: "I am truly sorry, this was a mistake, a mistake... By the way, do you need me to come pick you up again?"

Ino hurriedly closed her eyes, attempting to use the Crossing Moon Bridge to find the spatial landing point back in the Seventh Universe. No good; relying on her base form's chakra, she couldn't find the Seventh Universe. She had to mobilize the God Power within her Kekkei Mora to vaguely locate it on the other side and form a straight wooden bridge.

Ino opened her eyes: "I can go back by myself... wait, where is he? Holy crap..."

She looked left and right, but there was no sign of Whis at all. The guy had long since slipped away.

...

About half an hour later, Ino robbed a spaceship—or rather, a group of aliens tried to rob her, and she robbed them in return.

She spent about a day learning the common language and the star map recognition methods of this side.

By this time, she had roughly figured out her position. Whis, that guy with his many thoughts, had dumped her in a place that could be called both familiar and strange.

Her current location was only about 100 million kilometers away from the Earth of the Sixth Universe...

Indeed not far, but definitely not close either.

The Earth of the Sixth Universe had long since turned into a dead star because humanity courted its own doom. She used her Supreme Kai ability to take a look from afar; the planet's surface was desolate, covered in countless craters formed by explosions. Let alone Saiyans or Namekians, not a trace of life could be seen on the Earth of this side.

The Earth of the Seventh Universe is not far from the Blue Planet. Ino estimated it should be similar on this side, but where exactly? She didn't know; she still needed to search.

The space pirates who robbed her had all been killed by her. As Ino had just arrived here, her every word and action revealed oddities. If she didn't want to be captured by local forces as a rare treasure, silencing them was the only choice.

As a ninja, she had no psychological pressure doing this; a spaceship full of pirates was killed just like that.

After another day, her behavior, language, and attire had become quite "localized." Only then did she board a sightseeing spaceship from a nearby star sector to go look for the Blue Planet of this side.

The sightseeing spaceship soon returned to the vicinity of Earth.

"Everyone, please look to my right. This planet, with a diameter of 12,742 kilometers, was once an extremely beautiful celestial body. Our archaeologists have speculated that approximately 7 billion intelligent lives once lived here..."

A pink-skinned lady, looking like a tour guide, held a microphone and introduced the scenery along the route to the passengers inside the ship.

Hearing the number "7 billion," the passengers sucked in a breath of cold air in unison. The home planet environments of many intelligent lifeforms weren't considered too good; Planet Namek only had a hundred or so people precisely because the living environment was too poor, lacking the conditions to reproduce even if they wanted to.

For Earth to nurture over 7 billion intelligent lives, it could absolutely be called uniquely blessed by nature.

Ino rested her chin in her hand, listening idly.

The tour guide concluded with an enthusiastic tone: "Please cherish the peace we have now, and give thanks to Lord Frost, who has always been working hard to promote the cause of peace throughout the universe!"

The passengers echoed in agreement one after another. It could be seen that this fellow called Frost had very high prestige among ordinary people.

Ino had no reaction to this. She didn't know who this person was, but he sounded like a very saintly fellow.

This guy did nothing all day but run around like a firefighter maintaining peace; just thinking about it was tiring!

Currently, in the ranking of the twelve universes, the Ninth Universe was last, and their Seventh Universe was second to last. She didn't know the ranking of this Sixth Universe, but seeing just the tip of the iceberg, she knew they were more civilized than the Seventh Universe. She had to admit it...

"Sigh." The construction of a Civilized Universe was a heavy burden and a long road. To better play the role of a "local," she still needed to understand this guy's deeds. If it came up in conversation and she knew nothing, she would be dumbfounded.

She couldn't ask adults, as it would easily arouse suspicion—you don't even know such a famous figure? What nook or cranny did you pop out of?

Ino looked around and saw a little girl on her right; the two were only separated by an aisle.

The girl had long, jet-black hair. She hugged her legs, curled up on the seat like a frightened little rabbit.

Ino didn't see her family nearby.

Coming out for interstellar travel alone at such a young age? The public security of the Sixth Universe was truly explosively good!

Judging by the child's age, she should be about the same size as Little Himawari. She didn't know how others educated their kids, but Ino definitely wouldn't dare let her own daughter go out for interstellar travel alone.

She had a way with children of this age. whistle lightly, the little girl looked over timidly.

"Here, have some. It's delicious." In her palm was a piece of food resembling chocolate. She hadn't noticed much else, but the sugar content in the food of the Sixth Universe seemed a bit higher than on their side; all the food seemed a bit sweet to Ino.

Perhaps this was also a symbol of a Civilized Universe?

The little girl was quite hesitant.

After becoming Hokage, Ino had used Namikaze Minato as a reference and practiced smiling for a period of time.

Hinata said her previous smile was too gloomy. It was fine to smile sinisterly as an intelligence chief, but as Hokage, she couldn't smile like that.

She was often made to train in front of a mirror.

Now her smile was still a bit fake, lacking that sunshine-like temperament of Namikaze Minato, but ordinary people couldn't tell the difference.

The little girl was quite sensitive, but fortunately, Ino's identity as a woman provided some bonuses. She hesitated quite a bit before taking the chocolate, slowly tearing open the wrapper, and eating it in small bites.

Ino quickly realized that her smile didn't actually play much of a role; this child was obviously hungry!

"Eat slowly, I have more here." She rubbed the little girl's hair.

"Here, have some water. Such a small child... Child, what is your name? I am Haruno Sakura." Someone pointed at her own nose.

The little girl's voice was as thin as a mosquito: "Hello, big sister. I... I am called Kale..."
