AN: Late. Hope you saved some stones for me.

The screen stayed black for a moment before a distant explosion echoed softly through the speakers.
"I used to think the universe was too big for someone to feel alone."
A small Kryptonian pod drifted silently through space while a dying planet burned far behind it, the fire barely visible now against the endless darkness. Inside the pod, a young Kara floated asleep beneath flickering blue lights as stars reflected softly across the glass.
Kara's voice came quietly over the silence.
"Then one day… my world disappeared."
The music stayed soft and emotional as the pod continued drifting forward.
Then Earth slowly appeared.
A quick flash showed Kara standing alone in the middle of Midvale at night, looking completely lost while cars moved around her and neon lights reflected across wet streets. Another glimpse followed immediately after. Kara sat in a classroom surrounded by students laughing and talking while she stared silently out the window, as if she didn't belong there at all.
"By the time I reached Earth, everything I was meant to protect had already changed." Kara continued softly.
The teaser shifted gently with the music rising.
Kara waking suddenly from a nightmare, breathing hard in the darkness.
A quick shot of her hovering inches above the floor inside her bedroom, while fear flickered across her face.
Another cut showed Kara standing in front of the mirror, staring silently at the suit resting in her hands.
"You can't keep hiding forever," Clark's voice said quietly somewhere in the background.
The music rose slightly harder.
Kara stepped out onto a rooftop wearing the suit for the first time as the red cape shifted softly behind her in the wind. Her breathing slowed while she looked toward the city stretching endlessly below.
Then came the sound of a scream in the distance.
Kara looked up instantly.
"Maybe losing my world wasn't the end of my story."
A quick flash showed her flying through the sky at impossible speed while clouds tore apart around her.
Another glimpse.
Kara stopping a crashing truck inches from a family.
Kara walking through a hail of bullets and explosions before stopping the terrorists.
"Maybe it was the beginning of who I'm supposed to become."
Kara floating high above Earth itself while sunlight reflected across the symbol on her chest.
Her voice returned a bit stronger than before.
"My name is Kara Zor-El..."
Clouds exploded apart around her as she shot forward through Earth's atmosphere, leaving sonic booms.
Then silence hit as the screen became dark.
A final shot appeared.
Kara lay injured in the middle of a ruined street, blood lightly running down the side of her face while smoke drifted around her broken surroundings. Heavy footsteps echoed slowly closer.
Reactron emerged from the smoke, glowing with unstable radioactive energy while sparks crackled violently across his armor. Beside him stood a cyborg-like human with a green glow.
Kara looked up at the enemies.
Then her eyes slowly began glowing red.
Black screen.
The Supergirl symbol appeared in burning gold and crimson across the darkness.
SUPERGIRL
Coming soon...

For one second, the entire hall stayed completely silent. Then the lights switched back on.
Fans shot out of their seats screaming loud enough to shake the hall while camera flashes erupted across the crowd like fireworks. Reporters immediately started shouting questions over each other and somewhere near the front row, someone yelled, "HOLY SHIT!" without even trying to hide it.
Alex stood near the center of the stage with one hand in his pocket while the reaction crashed into the room around him. Even he looked slightly amused by how intense it became.
Because this was no teaser.
This was a full trailer.
People expected thirty seconds and a logo reveal.
Instead, Titan had dropped emotional Krypton scenes, flight sequences, practical destruction, emotional drama, action shots, Reactron's reveal, and a proper look at Kara herself.
The giant screens behind Alex still displayed the burning Supergirl logo while the audience completely lost their minds.
"Oh my God, that looked insane!"
"Replay it!"
"Play it again!"
"Holy shit, the flying scenes!"
"Reactron looked terrifying!"
A group of fans near the center started chanting loudly.
"ONE MORE TIME! ONE MORE TIME! ONE MORE TIME!"
Soon, half the hall joined them.
Alex looked around slowly, pretending to think about it while the noise kept growing louder. He finally raised the microphone slightly with a grin.
"You guys wanna see it again?"
The roar that answered him nearly blew the roof off the building.
Alex laughed and looked toward the production booth. "Alright. Run it back one more time."
The crowd erupted even harder.
The lights dimmed again and the trailer replayed across the massive screens. This time, the audience reacted to every single moment like they were on a roller coaster they already knew was coming.
The second Kara stepped onto the rooftop in the suit, screams broke out everywhere.
When she flew through the clouds, people started clapping mid-trailer.
Clark's brief appearance triggered another wave of reactions.
Then the final shot happened again.
Reactron walking through smoke.
Kara bleeding on the ruined street.
Her eyes glowing red.
Black screen.
SUPERGIRL.
Coming Soon...
The trailer ended for the second time.
The audience somehow got louder.
Alex shook his head slightly while laughing under his breath. "Alright, alright," he said once the lights returned. "If I replay it a third time, nobody here is ever going home."
That earned another round of laughter and cheering from the crowd.
A few staff members quickly moved onto the stage carrying a chair and a small table with water bottles while reporters scrambled into position near the front. Camera crews adjusted angles immediately because everybody knew the real chaos was about to start now.
Alex sat down comfortably in the chair and crossed one ankle over his knee while the noise slowly settled into excited murmuring. Behind him, the giant DC logo glowed across the screen while flashes from cameras continued nonstop.
He picked up the microphone again and smiled casually.
"Alright," he said. "Let's see how many dangerous questions you people prepared tonight."
That got a laugh instantly.
Hands shot up across the room.
Alex pointed toward a reporter near the front row first.
The woman stood quickly with a microphone already in hand. "The trailer looked far more emotional than people expected from a superhero film. Was that always the direction?"
Alex nodded once. "Yeah. From the beginning, Supergirl was never just about powers or action scenes for me. Kara lost her entire world. She watched Krypton die and then arrived on Earth decades too late to complete the one responsibility she was given. That kind of trauma changes someone permanently. I wanted the film to feel human before anything else."
The audience listened closely now, quieter compared to the earlier chaos.
Another reporter stood up quickly. "The flying scenes looked incredibly realistic. How much of that was CGI and how much was practical?"
Alex smirked faintly. "Enough practical work to make Alexis hate me a little."
That pulled a laugh from the crowd.
"We used wire rigs, physical camera movement, practical destruction, and real environmental interaction whenever possible," he continued. "CGI supports the scenes. It doesn't replace them. I wanted people to feel weight and speed every time Kara moves."
Another one asked, "Did Alexis Castle perform her own stunts?"
Alex nodded. "Yes. She performed all her stunts."
A fan near the front practically bounced in place before getting handed a microphone. "Okay, first of all, thank you for making Supergirl look this cool because the internet was getting really quiet lately."
The crowd laughed loudly while Alex grinned.
The fan took a breath before continuing. "Second question. Is Superman actually in the movie a lot?"
Alex leaned back slightly in the chair like he was considering how much trouble he wanted to cause tonight. "Depends on your definition of 'a lot.'"
The crowd groaned immediately.
"Oh come on!"
"That means yes!"
Alex raised one hand innocently. "I'm just saying Kara's story stays the focus. There will be many cameos since this movie will set up the upcoming DC live-action movies. But as I've said before, this is Kara's story from the beginning till the end."
That answer earned applause.
Another hand shot up near the media section. "How difficult was it casting Alexis for such a massive role considering she's relatively new?"
Alex's expression shifted slightly then, more serious now.
"Honestly?" he said. "The hardest part wasn't finding someone talented. The hardest part was finding someone who actually felt like Kara. When I saw Alexis for the first time, I knew she was the one who could pull it off. Like the image of Kara that I had in my mind perfectly fits her. And as you know by now, how I love to bring new talents to light, I approached her directly with my offer. And the rest... is before your eyes."
Off to the side of the stage, Alexis sat frozen in her seat for a second after hearing that while Castle looked like a proud father trying very hard not to explode emotionally in public.
Martha leaned toward him with a smirk. "You're about five seconds away from crying."
Castle pointed at her defensively. "These are proud father allergies."
The Q&A continued, where Alex revealed his upcoming plans for a Harley Quinn animated series, two new comic series: Infinite Crisis and Supergirl: Being Super. The fans kept asking about the cameos, but Alex kept it a secret.
Another reporter stood up. "A lot is riding on this movie since this is the first installment of the DC universe, and it's a lot of pressure considering the main lead is a new talent. Does that pressure affect you at all?"
Alex leaned back slightly in the chair while the noise around the room settled again.
For a second, he looked genuinely thoughtful.
Then he smiled faintly.
"What pressure?" he asked casually, almost amused.
That answer alone triggered immediate laughter and cheering across the hall.
Alex smiled faintly and adjusted the microphone in his hand. "Check my records," he continued calmly. "That'll give you all the answers you need."
The crowd erupted again.
Even several reporters laughed because honestly, nobody in the room could argue with him.
Alex rested one arm along the chair while his expression stayed relaxed. "Every project people told me was risky ended up working. Titanic, The Hurt Locker, Alien, Lost in Translation, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Spider-Man, The Hobbit, The Blind Side, and the list goes on and on. Hell, half the actors sitting in this building tonight were considered 'too unknown' until I took the chance on them because I saw their talent that nobody could see and by working with them, I was able to bring out that hidden talent to light and show the world how great they are."
His eyes shifted briefly toward Alexis offstage.
"And... Well..."
Alex continued without losing momentum.
"Pressure only matters if you don't trust the people around you or the story you're telling. I trust both. I trust Alexis. I trust this cast. I trust the team behind this film. Most importantly, I trust the vision."
A wave of applause rolled through the hall again.
Another fan stood up with a microphone, still grinning from the trailer replay. "Okay, serious question. Are you really trying to build toward Justice League already?"
The second those words left the fan's mouth, the entire hall reacted instantly.
People shouted.
Reporters leaned forward.
Phones shot up across the crowd.
Alex looked around at the chaos he accidentally created with one simple question and slowly smiled like a man fully aware of how dangerous his next sentence could become.
"Maybe," he replied.
The screaming started immediately.
"Oh COME ON!"
"That's a yes!"
"He's teasing us!"
Alex laughed openly now while Rachel watched from the side of the stage with the expression of someone already preparing for tomorrow's internet meltdown.
He raised one hand, trying unsuccessfully to calm the room down. "Relax. One movie at a time," he said, though the grin on his face completely ruined any attempt at sounding innocent. "Supergirl comes first. Build the world properly first. Then we'll see what happens after that."
The event ended after Alex took two more questions.
All in all, it was a successful event.
